The Pentagon UFO videos are selected visual recordings of cockpit instrumentation displays from United States Navy fighter jets based aboard aircraft carriers USS Nimitz and USS Theodore Roosevelt in 2004, 2014 and 2015, with additional footage taken by other Navy personnel in 2019. The four grainy, monochromic videos, widely characterized as officially documenting UFOs, have received extensive coverage in the media since 2017. The Pentagon later addressed and officially released the first three videos of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) in 2020,[1] and confirmed the provenance of the leaked 2019 videos in two statements made in 2021.[2] Footage of UAPs was also released in 2023, sourced from FQ9 military drones.

On November 14, 2004, fighter pilot Commander David Fravor of the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group claims to have investigated radar indications of a possible target off the coast of southern California. Fravor said the operator had told him that the USS Princeton (CG-59), part of the strike group, had been tracking unusual aircraft for two weeks prior to the incident. The aircraft would appear at 80,000 feet (24,000 m) before descending rapidly toward the sea, and stopping at 20,000 feet (6,100 m) and hovering. Fravor reported that he saw an object, white and oval, hovering above an ocean disturbance. He estimated that the object was about 40 feet (12 m) long. Fravor and another pilot, Alex Dietrich, said in an interview that a total of four people (two pilots and two weapons systems officers in the back seats of the two airplanes) witnessed the object for about 5 minutes.[8] Fravor says that as he spiraled down to get closer to the object, the object ascended, mirroring the trajectory of his airplane, until the object disappeared.[8] A second wave of fighters, which included weapons systems officer Lieutenant Commander Chad Underwood, took off from Nimitz to investigate.[9] Unlike Fravor, Underwood's fighter was equipped with an advanced infrared camera (FLIR).[9] Underwood recorded the FLIR video, and coined the description "Tic Tac" to describe the infrared image; Underwood would later explain the terminology was partially inspired by a joke in the 1980 comedy Airplane!.[10] Underwood did not try to see it, saying:

"I was more concerned with tracking it, making sure that the videotape was on so that I could bring something back to the ship, so that the intel folks could dissect whatever it is that I captured."

Based outside Dallas, he claims his headquarters is the world’s largest bomb shelter factory. His round structures start off as corrugated culvert pipe, but once finished off resemble an RV, complete with toilet, shower, kitchen, dining table, bunk beds, etc.

For those looking for a more conventional shape, he has a square prefab that begins as sheet metal (reinforced with I-beams and channels), though he warns on his website, “Square shelters can be built out to feel more like a home, but they have a small PSI rating and are only rated for fallout and tornadoes. Round shelters have been around for 100 years and are still in use by the military today.”

He named his company after the 1950s company “Atlas Bomb Shelters”, though his first business was also named Atlas Ornamental Iron, and he’s spent the past 40 years perfecting his iron doors.

Hubbard’s customers bury their bugout shelters under homes, sheds, swimming pools or empty fields. While the square shelters can only be buried 3 feet deep, a 10-foot diameter galvanized culvert pipe in 12-gauge can be buried 42 feet deep though they are typically buried 10 feet below the surface.

“Typically if you live in the country in a place like Texas, you do not need a permit,” explains the Atlas website. “If you live in a place like California, you need a permit to dig the hole only. Most people do not pull permits whether it is required or not.”

Virgil Edwin Earp (April 19, 1879 - November 20 1959) was the son of Newton Jasper Earp, Wyatt Earp's half-brother.
