On the Constitution
Today I have a message for all Australians and those who are visiting us from anywhere. This is the best news since sliced bread was invented, and everyone needs to know why we should support our King and dismantle our governments which have in the past two years gone woke and deserve to go broke.

England is liable to the Subjects of the King in Australia.

Joseph Chamberlain the Colonial Secretary in 1900 in the second reading speech in the House of Commons on the 20th May 900 gave an undertaking of liability of the Commonwealth Crown to the people of the Commonwealth in these words. “The responsibility for the action of the Parliament of Australia and its legislation rests with us. We may be brought into a hostile position in regard to any foreign country in consequence of the action of the colonial court.” The United States of America because the Australian Government is registered in the United States of America has a claim against the British Crown on behalf of all Australians.

Queen Victoria's Letters Patent 1900
In 1900 we were given a Governor General by Queen Victoria and She gave him instructions by way of Queen Victoria's Letters Patent 1900. Articles III and IV of that Letters Patent is in these words.

III. The Governor-General may constitute and appoint, in Our name and on Our behalf, all such Judges, Commissioners, Justices of the Peace, and other necessary officers and Ministers of Our said Commonwealth, as may be lawfully constituted or appointed by Us.

IV. The Governor General, so far as We Ourselves lawfully may, upon sufficient cause to him appearing, may remove from his office, or suspend from the exercise of the same, any person exercising any office of Our said Commonwealth, under or by virtue of any ---- Commission or Warrant granted, or which may be granted, by Us in Our name or under Our authority.
MAXIM OF LAW
No wrong without a remedy.
The machinery to achieve this is contained in the commercial law, and Blackstone commentaries cited above, which the Banks have already contracted to pay when invoiced. The simple Invoice is a Notice of Demand to pay what is owed. If paid it ends the matter, but if not paid it can lead to Bankruptcy, or the liquidation of the Company legitimately billed. Invoices can be issued to any criminal at all. Drug dealer, money lender, Judges and Magistrates even the Governor General or Prime Minister. No one is above the law.

Restoring integrity and Justice to all courts of Australia
Senate Petition 1A

This Petition 1A was prepared by The Federal Court Action Group of Australia and seeks to restore grass roots democracy and Rule of Law to We The People of the Commonwealth of Australia by declaring the Laws that do so in the form of Oaths that need to be taken by our Public Servants, such as Senators and those in Parliament and all Judges and Magistrates, thus holding them to account and restoring and protecting our God Given Rights.

We the people of Australia, have a vital interest in re-establishing certainty of property ownership, judicial justice and the protection of our civil and political rights. Without a Grass Roots outlet for political dissatisfaction and a fair go for us Aussies, a Revolution is inevitable.
Over a million people diligently and peacefully protested in Canberra before this Federal election. These people need their voices heard. Yes the tin eared government was ended, May 21st 2022 and suffered huge casualties but that is only the beginning of restoring justice and integrity to our country especially to our illegitimate judicial system.

We at the Federal Court Action Group of Australia have prepared this petition and ask for your signature and support as we unite in one voice, We The Informed People of Australia wish for our Judicial Servants and those working for We The People in The Australian Parliament to take this Oath, The Statute 1 Will & Mary C 6 ( Coronation Oath ) (1688) thus restoring integrity to our systems and we are making it clear that We The People will not be arbitrarily governed by an exclusive “members only” club that has been created out of the legal profession, truly this is absolutely alien to what we know as true democracy.

The declaration of the stated Imperial Acts together with the Statute 1 Will & Mary C 6 (Coronation Oath ) (1688) Magna Carta and Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 ( Imp) the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth) , Judiciary Act 1903, Crimes Act 1914 (Cth), International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Criminal Code Act 1995 will benefit We The People/every member of the Commonwealth of Australia, and save/restore our freedoms from this current unlawful erosion of The Rule of Law and the lack of Separation of powers between Church and State. Currently we are close to existing as nothing short of Slaves in our own county and if this petition is not passed it will result in the continued erosion of our God given Rights and further enslavement of We The Informed People of Australia/Terra Australis.
The Senate has the power to grant us this wish.

The Magna Carta was the Great Charter of the United Kingdom made official over the objections of the Pope, in 1297. The Pope has hated the United Kingdom almost its whole existence, and as such has tried to suppress the King James Version of the Holy Bible which English Scholars had translated from the Original Greek and published in the then English in 1611.  This was so that every person who could read could find the word of God, for himself and cut out the middleman , whose agent was in the case of Roman Catholics the Priest of the Church of Rome. It is said the Henry VIII was active in his opposition to the Church in Rome,  because he wanted  a divorce and the Roman Catholic Church would not agree, but that was not the case at all. It was because vast amounts of gold from the rich and powerful was finding its way into the Vatican, by way of the sale of Indulgences. An indulgence was a ticket to Heaven issued by a Priest.  No matter what the crime, and indulgence could be given secretly in confession, and never disclosed or further prosecuted.
Roots of Roman Catholic influence
The  Roman Catholic Church came to the Commonwealth with the huge numbers of Roman Catholic prisoners firstly transported, and later free  migrants searching for a better life in a far away land, when only sailing ships made the journey, and that journey took six months in 1860. Huge numbers of Scots also came and by the start of WWI  the colony of Australia was around 80 percent Celtic, and the Rest a mix of English and other Europeans, and the original inhabitants of this Commonwealth land mass  was split into hundreds of tribes.
The industry of T type personalities.
The industry and vigour of the people willing to take a chance on six months at sea, became evident when they found a vast continent inhabited by hunter gatherers unused to farming or grazing, and blessed with unmined deposits of gold and other precious metals. When gold was found at Bathurst in 1851, a gold rush brought people from all over the world, to Australia in search of their fortune, and gold still makes up a large proportion of our mineral wealth. The population exploded.
REASON FOR SETTLEMENT
Australia was settled in 1788 because the King of England George the Third, had been defeated in the American War of Independence in 1776. In the 1890’s  there were a series of Conventions held throughout the Commonwealth, hosted by the then Colonial Governments six in number, with a view to granting self government to the combined Colonies. The English Empire was fighting an insurrection in South Africa by the Boers,  mostly Dutch colonists who were very good at both shooting and singing, and it took 470,000 British troops to defeat the Boers who numbered only 60,000.

The political situation in the Senate
The Senate at present is evenly divided between the Greens and Australian Labor Party with 38 seats between them. The Liberals and Nationals have 32 and the Cross Bench has six, Two Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, two Jacqui Lambie, and one United Australia Party with one Independent. The Greens have 12 Senators, the Australian Labor Party 26, so the Australian Labor Party or Greens cannot dominate except in concert together.
 
Power of each House.
S 53 Constitution says each House has equal power subject to that section.
Power of each Member
Every Member and Senator is entitled to ask questions in either House and the Government is obliged to answer any such question.
 
Why the Judges and Magistrates are terrified.
The Judges and Magistrates of the Commonwealth have been drawn from a class of people whose primary source of income before being appointed to the Bench was big business who could afford their services, and criminals who make huge profits from organised crime in all its manifestations. S 79 Constitution is the embodiment of the separation of Church and State which was manifested in the Judicature Act 1873 (Imp) and Judicature Act 1876 in Queensland. The Judicature Act 1873 (Imp) was the inspiration for Ch III Constitution, but since President Donald Trump extracted a retraction of the Act of 1871, from the English Crown, and claims to own everything registered as a company on the New York Stock Exchange,  which was involved in the 2020 election fraud, it is claimed he owns Australia. However since fraud vitiates everything, the registration on the New York Stock Exchange  and the National Debt set out in United States Dollars as a result of that registration are against the Laws of God, as is the mortgage of all Australian Land and the registration of Birth Certificates as security for that debt. President Donald Trump accepts as a Protestant Christian that the Laws of God expressed in the Constitution of the United States prevail over any temporal law. The Judges and Magistrates of the Commonwealth are guilty of sitting as representatives of an entity other than Almighty God. Every one of them.
They know what may be coming.
Christianity is about saving sinners. It is the epitome of mercy, and Christians can and are forgiven upon repentance. It is also the source of all judgment but not by men and women sitting arbitrarily. Upon forfeiting all their ill-gotten gains, and accepting that all persons are equal before the law, mercy ought to be extended to them, and like the woman caught in adultery saved by Jesus Christ, they should go forth and sin no more.
 

The Condition Precedent upon Our Constitution.
The Federal Court Action Group  is a group dedicated to Commonwealth Law  and its enforcement and for an opening statement we will start this ZOOM in the same way as the Parliament of the Commonwealth  in both Houses starts each day, with The Lord’s Prayer as taught by Jesus Christ in Matthew 6 verses 9-13, Our Father which art in Heaven……………………………………………………………
Roman Catholic influences
It ends with For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever amen. Our Roman Catholic brothers and sisters, have a version of the Holy Bible that does Not have For thine is the Kingdom the power and the glory, and perhaps this was because the Pope, as its Head believes that in his words: Mine is the Kingdom the power and the glory, forever and ever amen.
Petition to the Parliament
This Prayer was the subject of one of the first petitions ever lodged with the Parliament of the Commonwealth and came from a Presbyterian Church in Sydney.  The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 starts with a recital , Humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God. It has principles from the Holy Bible throughout its text, and as the Federal Court Action Group today we are going to concentrate on S 79 Constitution. It clearly states that the federal jurisdiction of any court  may be exercised by such number of judges  as the  parliament prescribes. In S 40 and 41 Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 not only is this Statutory Command given effect, the Parliament of the Commonwealth has appropriated the money to pay them.

 No prescribed number of judges in civil courts
The Parliament of the Commonwealth has not prescribed the number of jurors to be used in the Federal Court of Australia in civil matters, but has made it clear in criminal matters 12 jurors, the same number as the Disciples of Jesus Christ were is the norm. and by the S 268:12 Criminal Code Act 1995 (CTH) the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Article 14 provide that all persons are equal before the Law. In Article 9  International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights it is prohibited for any person to be arbitrarily deprived of his or her free ways and customs, as declared in Clause 29 of the Magna Carta.
