May 18, 1986, Tacoma Dome. A stabbing, a murder, flipped cop cars, fireworks, flying bottles and a severe disappointment to me at the time. This was the concert setlist.
Due to the rowdy crowd outside, security was lagging on checkpoints, and I missed the first 2 Dokken songs...but after seeing them in lace and makeup on stage, didn't care.
No one seemed to, aside from the pack of wannabe groupies on the boards grabbing at George Lynch.
I was not impressed with the new synth and 'pleather' direction Priest was taking, and luckily it didn't last. Turbo was not well received by the dedicated fans so much at the time, and is still an album I rarely play.
