To counter the possibility of Soviet ‘psychic’ spying in the 70’s, the CIA contracted with the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) to first see if it was even possible, and if so, to develop a program to counter it. An untold part of what threatens liberty in the United States is the loss of the common law tradition inherited from England at the nation’s founding. Common law is a system for making and amending rules that solve real disputes when needed. It contrasts with the civil law system of continental Europe in which experts write the rules from above for the people to follow.

As often as not, legislation and regulation doesn’t solve problems but moves people and their property around like pawns on a chess board.

Information Age problems such as threats to privacy could be addressed by common law principles. Recognizing personal information as property, for example, when people have protected it, would mean that it cannot be searched and seized without a probable cause warrant.

With more and more rules written by politicians and bureaucrats, the administrative deep state has become a behemoth. Can we return to traditional common law principles that solve problems, leaves people alone, and empowers them to thrive?

Published at the Tenth Amendment Center, the Libertarian Institute, and elsewhere, Mr. Fiedler presented last year on Freedom Hub on how it was a mistake for our Founders to replace (in 1787) the Articles of Confederation with the Constitution. One of the reasons for that claim stems from vague wording in the latter document that has enabled corrupt justices at the Supreme Court to progressively neuter the supposed limits on government power contained in the Constitution. On Thursday we will explore one of those vague clauses – one that enabled one of the worst sources of corruption and tyranny in America: the Federal Reserve. America’s central bank.
When fear over European revenge on our young Republic pushed President Madison to succumb to pressure and to revive the National Bank his Republican movement had effectively killed with the election of Jefferson, that un-American institution crashed our economy with the 1819 recession after the bank survived a constitutional challenge in the Supreme Court. (Remember what we said about ‘vague wording?’ It was the corrupt court of John Marshall who ignored 10th Amendment limits on federal power, to instead broadly interpret the Necessary and Proper Clause. That is, the central bank was “Necessary and Proper” in order to carry out other federal powers.
This interpretation effectively removed any future limit on the national government – from the New Deal to ObamaCare – and the Deep Administrative State that has become the sworn enemy of America’s promise. Bob will also be discussing his new book, the “Constitutional Sleight Of Hand – An Explicit History of Implied Powers.”

Good historians know Rome’s Republic couldn’t survive corrupt politicians and avaricious generals. Today’s leaders learned very well the “bread and circuses” that can ease reelection. Ron Paul almost became the GOP’s presidential nominee in 2012. Yet, reformers who actually got elected to the White House sometimes experienced the fate of Roman emperors who dared to tighten the government’s belt. Andrew Jackson threw out the Den of Vipers and had to survive more than one assassination attempt. Several more presidents – like Garfield and Harding – died under suspicious circumstances.

The movie “Gladiator” is about the evil reign of Commodus (who followed his philosopher father Marcus Aurelius), the Emperor who tried to restore sound money and fiscal discipline. But before the Earth completed an orbit around the Sun, Pertinax was cut down by his Praetorian Guard. Failure, on the other hand, to uphold sound money ended Cleopatra and the grand history of Egypt’s dynasty.

Is it worth it to try to restore America’s limited government republic? Can the middle class be weaned off entitlements any more than Roman’s citizens from free bread? Will our huge military tolerate the types of defense cuts promised by RFK, or would he face an early demise much like his Uncle did after threatening to disband the CIA?

When told by a pharmaceutical CEO that the brand name drug she would rep had “killed some people” in its phase 3 trial but that “it would generate $7 billion in peak sales,” Ms. Manookian started thinking she was playing for the wrong team.
Indeed. Switching teams, Manookian became a force for truth and transparency in the Health Freedom movement, and produced the award-winning documentary, “The Greater Good,” about the sinister way industry manipulates parents to get them to sacrifice their babies “for the greater good.” When COVID hit, she responded by founding the Health Freedom Defense Fund to fight the tyranny that was unfolding right before our eyes.

With Manookian at the helm, the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) has brought nearly a dozen lawsuits to derail the installation of a digital control grid under the pretext of a public health crisis. HFDF lawsuits stopped the federal travel mask mandate, and the Los Angeles Unified School District Covid injection mandate, and aided the lawsuit against the federal workers’ vaccine mandate. Most recently, she started advocacy campaigns, including one for athletes that focuses on maintaining their bodily autonomy.

Leslie has presented how special interests capture regulators, and the nefarious “transhumanist” goals of global elites, to mention a few. These elites meant the Great Reset threat when they announced it. If we would rather see a Great Awakening than a Great Reset, though, we’ll all have to come together and start supporting each other.

RFK is getting unfairly hammered by Trump for old threats to cage climate deniers. Post-Covid, Kennedy acknowledges now that Climate Alarmism will only be exploited like any other fear-mongering, courtesy of the same tyrannical globalists who generated fear around a ginned-up COVID virus that had a 99.5% survival rate, (i.e., the flu.)

No doubt Trump has the presidential election wrapped up for those aware of the danger of the Deep State – and its connection to global elitists who’ve said and done enough damage for us to know they don’t give a f*ck about our lives or liberty. Biden obviously is a worthless grifter working for some mysterious globalists, and of course, there’s RFK. His litigation experience will prove helpful in tearing the special interests’ talons from the bureaucracies that are enabling the special interests’ coercion of our behavior. But do we have the right candidate to save humanity from banksters and their Blackrock-funded henchmen?

As poor as third-party candidates have performed over America’s history, it does strike self-thinking folks as strange that our political market must remain just a duopoly – one that gets derided – and quite properly – as a “Uniparty”. What if Trump or RFK falter in restoring the republic? Perhaps the experience and abilities of Professor Rectenwald would make an important part of the plan to implement – not the Great Reset – but rather, the Great Awakening.

We had recently the LP’s chair, Ms. McArdle, and another promising LP candidate, Jacob Hornberger. Now we’ll dive further into the LP “third way” and see how that can help our overarching goals of restoring human liberty and putting an end to the Den of Vipers lording over us.

Until 2019, when the Pentagon finally admitted that they were seeing and tracking UFOs, the topic was taboo. If you spoke about UFOs, you were deemed crazy… or somehow a conspiracy theorist. ??? The fact is, though, people have been seeing, and interacting with, in some cases, UFOs and “star beings” for eons.

In fact, the Book of Mormon cosmology teaches that Earth is but one of many inhabited planets in the universe. So, what’s the deal?
