Es gibt keinen Beweis, dass SARS-CoV-2 von Mensch zu Mensch übertragbar und in menschlichen Zellen vermehrbar ist. Fragen sie alle Ärzte und Mikrobiologen, die sie kennen und verlangen sie die Publikation, die dies wissenschaftlich korrekt nach den Vorgaben der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft unter Erfüllung der Henle-Koch Postulate nachweist. Sie werden sehen: Es gibt keinen Beweis. Damit durfte das Infektionsschutzgesetz nie angewendet werden, denn es verlangt den Nachweis eines "infektiösen Agens" nach dem Stand der Wissenschaft.

Nowhere in the Corman paper is described how the obtained amplification products were validated.
Validation of amplification products can be done in two ways:
1) run the amplification product on a gel with a DNA ladder so that the size of the product can be estimated. This must correspond to the calculated size of the amplification product. But better still ...
2) Sequence the amplification product. This gives 100% certainty regarding the identity of the amplification product.
For a diagnostic test, this validation is extremely important.
