So as I'm sure some of you have noticed, I've recently reached 10,000 views on BitChute. I'm quite proud of this accomplishment. Who knows when I'll even achieve this on YouTube. I wanted to do something big to celebrate. I've always wanted to cover Ocean Machine in its entirety. I've attempted to do so a few years ago, but I didn't have the right setup and simply wasn't musically mature enough for such a project (still not, but I've made some slight improvements since my first SW cover).

It was pretty tough trying to figure out the guitar parts do to the dense wall of sound production. But after spending quite a bit of time listening to the song very carefully and watching several live performances, this is about as close to accurate as we're gonna get. So here ya are! Enjoy! And stay tuned for more from OM.

I'll always wanted to cover some Killing Joke, and I've finally brought myself to doing it. Stay tuned for my 10,000 views special. coming soon!

Writing metalcore riffs take no effort whatsoever. Lol

An obscure metal gem that deserves more recognition.

Here's one of Dev's rarities that deserves more recognition. It's also a hint in my upcoming 10,00 views special.

This is pretty new for my channel. A new song from a relatively new band. A great, rather unknown, Danish prog metal band, VOLA. In the bleak and lifeless void of modern music, this band really stands out above and beyond everything else. Enjoy my little playthrough!

So I was doing some cleaning today and I came across an old CD I forgot I had. It's a rough demo me and my old guitar teacher made 8 years ago for me to use as a backing track at my senior year talent show (hence, its an instrumental). This is one of the first songs I've ever written. Originally started as a riff idea swirling in my head several years before I even starting playing guitar. By the time this demo was made, I had been playing guitar for 3 years and had just started playing bass, I was using a Metal Zone, had no understanding of recording, DAWs, amp plugins, or basic audio quality. And my playing was absolute shit lol. So here's me on guitar and bass and my guitar teacher on drums. Enjoy this little piece of history!

Btw, I decided to make this a BitChute exclusive because fuck YouTube.

Welp, it's 2021 and it's already one big shitshow lol. Can't say I'm surprised though. Anyways, here's a cover of a song from an otherwise shit genre. I don't care that its nu metal. I recognize quality when I hear it. Besides, Korn is the only good nu metal band imho.

Plus, I finally get to showcase my beautiful 7-string. Which I plan on using again very soon. Anyways, enjoy!

Sorry for the lame-ass censorship. It wasn't my doing.

I don't own this song, obviously. All rights reserved to Korn, Immoral Records and Epic Records.

It's finally over!

Also, I'm aware this is dated for January 1st. But I uploaded it a couple of hours before midnight and the processing took forever lol.

Like I said in the last video, I'm not big on Christmas music. Too cheery and sentimental for my taste. But I'm a sucker for both of John Williams' Home Alone soundtracks (as well as Vince Guaraldi's Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack). The music, as well as the movie, was a big part of my childhood, and it's some of the only Christmas music I actually still enjoy today. So enjoy, and Merry Christmas!

I do not own this song, obviously. All rights to John Williams and CBS Masterworks.

Not big on Christmas music, except for the Home Alone and Charlie Brown Christmas soundtracks, so I decided to do a Hevy Devy cover. I chose to do the Transcendence version of the Infinity version because it has a much better, tighter sound. Though I've always loved the original. It was a tough choice. Anyways, enjoy!

It's been a while since I've done a cover request. Enjoy!

My dad's birthday was a few days ago, and I wanted to do something special for him. So I decided to play one of his favorite songs. Hope you enjoy, and of course Happy Birthday, Dad!

I do not own this song, obviously. All rights reserved to The Cranberries and Island Records.

Here's another Tears For Fears cover! This time, it's Roland Orzabal's mesmerizing solo from their masterpiece, Shout. Plus, an extended, semi-improvised solo of my own. Enjoy, and stay tuned for more cover!

I do not own this song, obviously. All rights reserved to Tears For Fears, Phonogram Inc., and Mercury Records.

As proud as I am of my previous cover, it was rather stressful putting it together. So I decided to post an easier cover to take the edge off and have some fun. So here's my take on this beautifully dreary song by the Swedish Goth Metal giant, Tiamat.

And yes, it's only rhythm cause I'm too much of a pussy to learn the leads lol. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy!

I do not own this song, obviously. All rights reserved to Tiamat and Century Media.

My best cover to date if I do say so myself. Enjoy!

All guitars performed by me over a backing track. Link to backing track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dwm4dLBmoV0

Here's some reassurance that I am indeed hard at work on my next cover. There was a minor setback since my last update video. A good buddy of mine was originally going to play the solos for this cover, but he had to back out due to work. So I had no choice but to do them myself. No matter cause I'm actually proud of myself for being able to do this. Even though the solos for this song are relatively easy, I've never considered myself much of a lead player. But I'd like to think I've improved my leads quite a bit these past couple of years. So here ya are! Tracking is officially done, and now its off to video editing. Stay tuned!

Also, comment if you can guess what song this is I'm covering.

New covers on the way! Next one to be released in a few days.

Also, side note, I've got some new gear and have been experimenting with a new and improved sound. I think it's safe to say you guys are in for a treat!

Stay tuned!

So I'm a part of an ongoing collaboration with some old band mates. We're doing the first two movements of Rush's legendary prog rock suite, 2112. As far as I'm concerned, it'll be uploaded on their YT channel. But I'll keep you all informed about that. In the meantime, here's a sneak peak of what's to come with my take on Alex Lifeson's solo! Enjoy, and be sure to stay tuned for another collab over on Les Demons' channel!

Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Americans! And thank you for helping me reach 50 subs on YouTube!

Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business. Lol

That's right, folks, I'm back! A lot has happened since I've last uploaded. *cough* 4,000 views and 20 subs! *cough* Seriously though, I still can't believe I managed to accomplish this feat just before my one year anniversary on this platform. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me reach this point. This calls for a celebration! And what better way to celebrate than by playing my all-time favorite Rammstein song. Enjoy! And stay tuned for more content including another cover collab over on Les Demons' channel!

All guitar parts, except the clean parts in the middle, are performed by me over a backing track.
