i saw a video of a steak that a magnet stuck to, so i immediately tried it on our soon-to-be-dinner. These are going in the garbage. i also tried all my local, grass-fed beef, including the liver of a cow, and nothing stuck to that meat. This pork was raised in Alberta, Canada. Time to go fishing.
