The criminal trial against Reiner Fuellmich is scheduled to continue on February 27, 2024. I have been invited as a witness to this meeting. I was already there as a liability plaintiff on February 7th, 2024 and was therefore able to ask Justus Hoffmann a few questions. The process surrounding the house deal is becoming more and more mysterious. Justus Hoffmann was apparently even present at at least one notary appointment with Marcel Templin, which was probably about claims from the mortgage. At the time, Justus Hoffmann was aware of Reiner Fuellmich's public statements that he had "put" the committee's liquidity reserve into his house and could only pay it back after it was sold. Justus Hoffmann did not intervene in the presumably excessive payment to Marcel Templin. On the contrary, he kept it secret from me (later even defended it) and at the same time informed me that he would take security measures with the sales proceeds for the committee. I have considerable doubts that this is compatible with the fiduciary duties of a shareholder and managing director. Justus Hoffmann has now carried out his threat to sue 2020News because of the published chat messages about the house deal. After Göttingen, he offered me to end the legal dispute if 2020News took down the passages about the house deal.
However, he still hasn't presented anything that could show that Marcel Templin would be allowed to keep the money. When I didn't respond to his suggestion, Justus Hoffmann quickly deleted all chat messages with me, perhaps assuming that they were not otherwise secured. Reiner Fuellmich asked Justus Hoffmann a variety of questions on February 7th, 2024, which essentially arose from my critical comments on the port lawyers' complaint. The three port lawyers claimed in the complaint, among other things, that Reiner Fuellmich had threatened Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer. I cannot confirm this, although I am said to have been present on almost all of these alleged occasions. Justus Hoffmann stated in court that he would like to work on the committee again. However, he has not been able to bring himself to do this for almost three years now, even after Reiner Fuellmich stopped attending the meetings, he and Antonia Fischer had no desire and/or time for it. Instead, Justus Hoffmann informed me that it would violate the principle of private autonomy if the committee shareholders - as I had requested - committed themselves "in perpetuity" to the unselfish orientation of the company. Reiner Fuellmich is right when he says that Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer are only in a decision-making position in society for formal legal reasons, which does not at all correspond to their commitment to the cause.

In this episode of ICIC, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich together with Meredith Miller, holistic coach, author, speaker and Prof. Dr. jur. Martin Schwab, lawyer, university lecturer shed light on the power of the media and their various propaganda methods, their effects on the perception of reality of people, groups and societies.

Meredith Miller uses the example of the corona narrative to show the parallels to manipulative and assaultive techniques by means of so-called "gaslightning", for example in toxic relationships. Here, emotional and subtle violence is used to confuse the victim and destroy his or her self-perception, so that the victim complies with everything the perpetrator wants and even shows solidarity. This behavioral disorder is called "Stockholm syndrome" in psychology. Who becomes a victim of such psychological tricks, and why do such manipulation attempts roll off on other people? Who becomes a perpetrator and how does such evil behavior occur, which always purposefully undermines the integrity and self-worth of the victim? How can we protect ourselves from it?

Prof. Martin Schwab reports on the targeted framing by the media, e.g. by the self-proclaimed fact-checkers, who discredit people with differentiated opinions, viewpoints and knowledge that do not conform to the predetermined government opinion and destroy both their reputation and their professional careers. He explains why the judiciary, despite its required neutrality, nevertheless also falls victim to such, often illogical and absurd media propaganda and deliberately created word creations that have no (legal) basis and are obviously capable of clouding common sense.
