Amidst a series of puzzles, that I don't particularly care for, actually I haven't cared for any of the puzzles in this game, especially the hide-the-little-thing-on-the-wall puzzles, this one wasn't any of those but it was still annoying. Anyways we solved, got on 4 switches to turn on 4 lights and then open a big stone door to fight a big demon next time. THERE ARE 4 LIGHTS!

We Finish up in the Temple of the Dead, and go back out. We then get the Stasis Fern and give it to Arhu, now he's a talking cat that can do magic. After that we kill Cassandra, it takes a couple of tries but we get it done. Then we fail at a bunch of other stuff and blow up. Good times!

After we kill a bunch of dudes on a mountain, we meet the first journalist, the guy who called us a Jackboot a bunch of times, him, at the Lumber Yard, which was surprisingly quiet this trip. Anyways he says we have to save our buds or the Underground. I chose the Underground and it was a mistake. Not only can they not cure Malaria, they left me die as well.

Everybody dies a bunch in this one, but there was a point to it all. We used Ivory's body last time, so it's only fair that we used Scarlet this time, and Ivory can resurrect people for free, unlike Jahan's slowly depleting stack of scrolls. For this mission we focus on keeping our Bloody Bois together, and letting the Buggy Bois come to us. And we very slowly move our red ball around the map. It's a pretty effective tactic, all things considered and will probably be our go to in the future missions. Too boring? Nah.

Our Psychic Robot led us into a trap. He took direction from some random voice in the Warp and it led us into an ambush. I guess we'll just keep following him and his imaginary friend, even though this sounds like heresy to me. We lose a few more in this one. Those dick-bugs can really do some damage.

Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scatter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.

We cut this one off before Jahan can start going again. This one big fight with a self healing demon and all of his summons. We cleared it out despite the main plan not working and having to rely on commando skeletons. But hey, no plan survives contact with the enemy.

Our Robot gets to where we need him to be, then he has to stay there for 4 turns, while he, I don't know, thinks about something real hard. More bugs show up and we have to kill them. Which we do. I wonder if there will be more bugs in the next mission?

We go back to the Phantom Forest and run away from the Dread Knights this time. Bravely, very bravely but we still ran. Then we learned how to deal with the floating eyes, then we killed a few more dudes. Then Jahan and a demon talked a lot.
