Deadly Technology
Step by step, you don't want to alert the citizen. Where does all this lead? Into the total surveillance and control state. Nothing less than that. This was described in detail both in the novel "1984" by George Orwell and in "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley.

If you hear sirens before or during a car drive (or any other occasion), you must brace yourself for an inter-dimensional attack. Sirens are a metaphysical warning signal for an imminent attack. It works, that's all we care about. You don’t have to yell something in particular, a loud ‘AAAHHHH!’ will do. But it needs to be of strong amplitude (strong vibration, powerful voice – that can be trained).
