Turns out that getting logs to the mill is most of the work. I attempt to do so without draft animals or expensive equipment.

The blade was running too fast so I put a bigger drive wheel on to slow it down and increase torque.

In order to build a little house on my 5 wooded acres I had to cut a few trees. I thougt it would be great to make them into lumber for the house so I took them to a local sawyer. The work he did was pathetic and motivated me to build my own bandsaw mill.
