The Technocracy calls for limitless immigration, we're told the people are needed to fill jobs Americans refuse to do, while they're actively developing the technology which will render the low skilled/low IQ hordes of "workers" obsolete. What did they mean by this?

There is no turning this back. The market forces which are driving automation, robotics, and AI cannot be stopped. Why would any business pay for humans to perform a task a machine could do for pennies on the dollar?
I hypothesize there is an IQ/skill threshold that can be graphed into the future which will only ever increase, where below this line, there will be little to no employment opportunities. These are the obsolete humans, a listless class of beings that will serve no purpose in the future, contribute little to nothing for society while consuming large amounts of resources, and the machines will have little to no reason to keep them around.
Boston Dynamics was owned by Alphabet until 2017, the parent company of Google. This is a general purpose robot, this is a job killer.
