I just found a reversal that mentions Alphanet. In this context it looks to be talking about Google's parent company Alphabet that is trying to overtake everything with an Ai Inet. There is programming coming from something that shakes going to the nervous system that causes suicide connected in some way to the broader investigation that Durham is doing.
My opinion of the interp-
Let me tell you more about these weapons the reversal appears to be discussing since I'm hit with them at high levels 24/7/365 as a #TargetedIndividual, or someone the defense industry has targeted for nonconsensual brain research.
The RS interp is a perfect description of one thing radiation neuroweapons are being used for. They hit the nervous system with radiation that appears to link the body with a computer, likely a quantum computer like you would connect your own computer using wireless radiation to your router.
And, at high volume, the vibration can even be felt on the body as a vibration similar to a vibrating pillow or the vibration that sound creates that you can feel when you touch a speaker that music comes from except the vibration comes through the air and hits the body targeting the nervous system.
From there programming can be sent to the brain especially through the use of pulsed nanos or other intermediary materials such as biowarfare being used in conjunction with it. One thing the biowarfare appears to do is to make people better antennas. Now whether Durham, Barr and others who may consciously know this information will bring this out or not remains to be seen.
