6 flavors to choose from. I did a little different Mix for Parkerizing and have a darker color, I like this much better than the gray color I had years ago.
The Gray version got darker in time, some Aging factor I'm not understanding.

Idea came from dialog with speardiver Spain, where one was made from wood.

Most don't want this tool as removing the head from the fish is not a big deal.

At times it can be a bugger to deal with, especially if the head is stuck inside. Good for deckhands on the boat getting the fish off while you are screaming for your pole back.

The knife always works but, it can hack the meat up some.
