A quick circuit. Fairly simple. The TRICK here is just find a heavy thing and start. No weight? Good! Get a breezeblock! No breezeblock? Steal.. I mean "borrow" a chunk of cement from somewhere. Get started!
Aim for five to ten reps depending on the weight you ste--- borrow, and if you can do three sets, you'll be golden even as an advanced beginner or bottom of the intermediate range.
NO GYM. NO PROBLEM.
