Shooter is the red box, victim is the green, for anyone having trouble making it out. Best quality available unfortunately.
There's three main people in the shot until others surround the victim after he's shot: dude on skateboard (comment if I'm wrong), the shooter, and Jacob Bishop. Ignore the skateboarder gliding in on the right side; the shooter starts walking toward the victim from the middle/right side of frame. After some shouting about the victim being a "Trumper" a white SUV passes, then the shooter shoots, note the cloud of fumes from the guns discharge. Then a white truck passes and the shooter hauls his ass out of the scene, moving right. He runs away. The victim walks s few steps after the shot then collapses. He's walking away from the camera the entire time and is hard to see.
Shooter has white socks or shoes and black/dark shorts, and some kind of jersey or shirt with a print on the back.
Anyway, I'm no forensic video analystb but I took some time to make out what is a very low quality video for the sake of viewers. If I'm wrong about something please comment and I'll correct the write up.
Download and rehost this if you care to, it'll eventually be hard to find like all things that show the left's hatred and violence toward Patriots.

Every version I had seen (3 or 4) from YouTube has been taken down -- first the original from local TV, then I saw TracyBeans' one with commentary gone, then a few others who didn't even cover the full presser. Every fucking mirror was removed.
