What I was trying to say at the end of the video was that you should regularly look through your trash and pull out old versions of apps, because when you update an app, the old version is automatically sent to the trash. IF you ever want to downgrade to an old version of an app for whatever reason, then you will need an old version of the app. (All iOS apps have the name .ipa)
