1500 acres of prime agriculture land are in the process of being replaced by the battery plant. Up to 3,000 acres of prime agriculture land or more will eventually be replaced by secondary development related to the plant.
Once the agricultural land is built on, it cannot be reclaimed.
Ontario is losing over 300 acres of agriculture land a day due to development.
The federal and provincial governments have legally bribed VW to build the plant in St. Thomas, giving the car manufacturer close to $13 billion in tax dollars via cash and subsidies.
The battery site will have tailings ponds that pose an environmental risk to the surrounding agriculture land.
Since massive amounts of agriculture land are being sacrificed, then this land is obviously not valued. Will people have no choice than to eat lab-based meat, insects, GMO plant-based food at some point? What will happen to food prices with less and less agriculture land?
The EV battery itself is highly harmful to the environment, involving around 250 tons of earth extraction just to get the minerals for a single battery, not to mention the water contamination from tailings ponds and CO2 release....
The electricity that powers EV vehicles derives partly from unsustainable sources such coal, gas, and oil, thus offsetting the lack of EV exhaust emissions.

These modem/routers have been identified on various lamp posts in the Toronto area.
The embedded modem connects to mobile networks and get internet connection (primary through fiber optics), and the router converts the binary signal into a wireless signal, and dispersing it using a number of wideband LTE antennas and omnidirectional Wi-Fi antennas.

Smartwatches are a digital human interface, which is a precursor of nanotechnology sensors being implanted in people's bodies and brains.
The personal data collected is alarming, which includes GPS location, heart rate, stress level, oxygen in hemoglobin in blood, ECG in some devices, quality of sleep, physical exercise, calorie intake, social media, phone calls... how will this data be used by third parties?
The EMF radiation levels were compounded two fold by the smartwatch and cell phone both activated during phone calls.
In this Emerging Global Realities video, we examine the usage of wired-in Earbuds as a way to reduce EMF radiation exposure.
As the video shows, by using the wired-in Earbuds (when engaged in a phone call) we were able to get around a 90% reduction in peak signal (V/m) and 100% reduction in power output (uW/m2) as compared to the cell phone itself.
Bluetooth, WiFi Earbuds provided around 20% reduction in peak signal (V/m) and no reduction in power output (uW/m2).
These findings are consistent with wired-in (no WiFI or Bluetooth) devices and with distance from EMF radiation source.
Speaker phone from similar distance from the cell phone source would provide a similar benefit.
Airplane mode is useful when the cell phone is idle.
It should be noted that cell phone manufacturers recommend using wired-in Earbuds or similar device, when using the cell phone, in order to avoid high frequency exposure to one's brain.
You may wonder why there are not adequate standards and regulations to protect people. Unfortunately, the technocratic agenda surpasses the health and well-being of people as the does the profit and control from the agenda.
In this Emerging Global Realities video, we measure EMF radiation from earbuds when
1. the buds are connected to a cell phone but not engaged
2. the buds are engaged with a cell phone via a youtube video

The EMF measurements are extreme, and vary depending on the engagement. With the earbuds connected to a phone call, we measured 5.12 V/m peak signal and in excess of 20,000 uW/m2 power output. The safe levels are below 0.50 V/m peak signal and below 1,000 uW/m2 power output (BioInitiative and Building Biology).
It should be noted that a cell phone engaged in call produces extreme peak signal in excess 6.0 V/m, but reduces significantly over 4-5 feet (that is why speaker phone is recommended or the use of hardwired earbuds.
Obviously, our concern is proximity of the earbuds to the brain, and the longer the usage over accumulated usage posing a significant health hazard.
The earbuds measured use 2.4 GHz WiFi frequency through Bluetooth technology. Going forward, air bud with higher frequency such as in the 5G or 6G realms will increase the EMF radiation exposure.
The North American standards are corrupt by ignoring the biological health effects of EMF radiation.

High Speed Fiber Optic Modem
In this live video is a recent home visit to measure EMF radiation levels and sources in a house (Whati Village NW of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada).
Fiber optic cable runs directly from cellular towers with no degradation of signal. In this EGR video, we measure EMF radiation from a base station next to a strip mall.
The cellular tower particularly egregious due to low level antennas and the deployment of 4G and 5G antennas.
In terms of health effects, the EMF radiation from this tower cause oxidative stress (troubling breathing), headache, nausea, overall body ache.
This tower is our limit in terms of exposure.
The serious health effects are long term from accumulative exposure.
The meter measurements correspond to the health effects: the meter is maxed at 6.0 V/m (maxed out) and over 77,000 uW/m2 power output.

In this EGR video, we track and measure a AI robotic cleaner at Walmart in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The AI robotic cleaner is a fully autonomous floor scrubbing robot.
The robot is run by artificial intelligence software (AI software), which provides the intelligence for automation. In addition, the robot uses wireless connection, sensors including long range lidar sensor data, and video cameras.
We detected mid-level EMF radiation (2-3 V/m peak signal) in front of the robot while in operation, which is attributable to the surveillance sensors.
The sensors have a reach of about 10 feet.
Although this robot is efficient and saves on labour costs, it does result in net societal job loss:
Floor cleaners and manufactures of the floor cleaning equipment used by cleaners versus the manufacturer of the AI robotic cleaner and equipment maintenance people (as shown in the video). Apparently 80% of the floor cleaning hours are reduced by the AI robotic cleaner.
Buzz feed as an example just cut 15% of its workforce due to generative AI (around 250 people out of 1700).
There are estimates of 300 million to 400 million job loss due to artificial intelligence globally, and up to 1 billion job loss over the next ten years.
Corporations via capitalism seek to cut expenses including labour, which will only accelerate the job loss due to artificial intelligence. Is this an inherent, self-destructive flaw of capitalism?
