weather looking bad this weekend... decided to ride local trail in search of a camp spot... no such luck...

why do garbage people leave their garbage in the woods?

just a quick mash of clips from this trip, didn't have the camera out too much... just a maxo relaxo long weekend...

out for the 3rd camp of the season already.. a quick overnighter on some crown land.. was busy with turkey hunters and the blackflys were horrible... tried a new foam accordian pad in me haventents hammock and had some bourbon and great chow....

second camp of the season, out with Richard at a back lake on crown land for another overnighter... brought my new standard size haven hammock,2x3m tarp and big agnes echo park sleeping bag to try out.

cooked up some corn beef with extra corn, diced red onion, bell peppers, chili peppers, taco seasoning and habanaro sauce.. topped with lettuce and shreddy cheese with a sriachi mayo for one tasty taco....

used the left over cornbeef mix mixed with a diced tater and topped with shreddy cheese for breakfast...

some filtered lakewater mixed with a pineapple coconut squirt flavour and malibu rum...

what a great camp....

with a high of 11c and a low of -4c I loaded up the bike and headed into the bush for an overnighter on some crown land... 2 weeks earlier then I got out last year..

What an amazing weekend for November.. loaded up the bike and headed north 2 hrs to some crown land full of hunters and a few die hard campers ... I don't think rifle/shotgun for deer opens until monday.. I think there was some target shooting going on or something...

got the high ground right by the boat ramp.. an amazing view up there from my Haventents hammock.

didn't know there was a severe wind warning in effect until after I was into my ceasers... everything was soaked from driving rains by morning.. so I hung out at camp longer then normal while things dryed.. had a big breakfast and did some exploring...

I think this is my last one for the season as my next chance out is the girlfriends birthday and I probably can't sneak out for that one.. so it would be December before I get out again... unless we get some weird warm weekend....

4 day weekend on some crown land with Mike and Richard camping beside a 16' cliff over looking a beauty lake. Some fishin, swiming and drinking... a great time as always...

didn't video much this weekend... took a few nice photos.. but just enjoyed the lake and whiskey.... #shorts

did a overnight moto camp this thanksgiving weekend at a lake back on some crown land I've been meaning to get to for almost 2 years now.

cooked up a instant thanksgiving dinner with canned turkey, stuffing, mash taters, corn, gravy and a pumpkin beer.

was a horrible 2hr ride up in the rain at 10*c and got down to -2c over night.

just a mashup of pictures from this years camping trips on the bike.. what an amazing season... time for me and the bike to go into hibernation until spring.

Trying out a tarp/shower curtain super shelter in the bush.. had a long fire out front and a wood reflector to try and keep warm at night... had my 5x7 survival tarp folded under my insulated haven sleeping pad.. me hotcore200 sleeping bag.. was good and toasty..

Had fish tacos for lunch, dinner and breakfast the following day..

Out for a camp with Mike n' Richard on Paddys Lake.. Haven't filmed the past 3 camping trips... just been relaxing and enjoying camping.... also been down with the sickness..'rona for a bit...

SORRY ABOUT THE SHITE AUDIO....... I was trying a new shotgunn mic.. it didn't pick up worth a poo when I was behind the camera, and picked up alot of my hand on the stick noise.... ill go back to my omni directional movo mic for the future....

just a quick single night camp on some near by crown land away from people... good food, drink and company... joined by Sir Richard of the high seas... lol....

Probably got mo drunk and high then I should of been... but I camp to relax and cut loose... enjoy....

also Mike didn't make it.. so there is some Mike bashing sprinkled threwout the video...

First moto camp in 4 weeks.. felt good to be out on the water... did some fishing, swimming, trail riding, drinking and drugs....lol...

downsized me 15x10 storage unit to a 5x5 to save some coin... out dropping off some crud and thought i'd take the camera as Iam not camping this weekend...

not sure if bikes going to fit, diagonally it may but ill have to pull the bars... worse case ontario I store er at work....

wheeled the bike into the train tunnel downtown to take some photos and had some video so figured I'd put it up. pause at the end for the info on the tunnel.

pushed threw the bush and mud with Mike to get to this back lake to camp for the night. Richard was smart and left his bike halfway back the trail and hiked in with his gear.

the shinko 705s were useless in the mud and slick rock/dirt hills, but with some help I got er in and back out.

Quick fix for cheap camp chair frame pockets tearing.

Some random clips and pictures from this weekends motorcycle camping trip to the same crown land spot as last week...

First time out this year on the bike camping over night. Mike joined and Richard popped by for the afternoon. Found a crown land spot near the 3 of us. There was an extreme wind warning in effect on the weather network. The top of a pine tree snapped off and dropped within 100' of us causing me to poop me pants and another tree dropped over the road leaving this spot. Luckily it was caught up high enough we could ride under it to get out.

Tequila and Tacos for me for supper, Mike had a porkchop, curry and beers n' whiskey. It got down to about zero/+1c over night. The old worn out -10c woods bag was OK, I should of dropped the tarp lower and did up the bug net tho to help with the wind.
