If you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it,

to work day and night for it, to give up your time, your peace

and sleep for it… if all that you dream and scheme is about it,

…and life seems useless and worthless without it… if you gladly

sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it and lose all your terrror

of the opposition for it…if you simply go after that thing that you

want with all your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith hope and confidence and stern pertinacity…if neither cold, poverty, famine, nor gout, sickness nor pain, of body and brain, can keep you away from the thing that you want…if dogged and grim you beseech and beset it, with the help of God, YOU WILL GET IT! – Les Brown

Supreme Court Confirms Leak but Says Text Is Not Final
The draft ruling showed that Roe v. Wade, a bedrock of American law, may be on the verge of being reversed. Chief Justice John Roberts called the leak an “egregious breach” of trust. President Biden urged Congress to codify the right to abortion.

A majority of the Supreme Court has privately voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, according to a leaked draft opinion from February that was published by Politico. Here’s a look at the history of the landmark decision and the case from Mississippi now being decided by the court

What is Roe v. Wade?
Roe v. Wade is a landmark Supreme Court decision from 1973 that established a constitutional right to abortion.

Roe struck down laws barring abortion in several states, declaring that they could not ban the procedure before the point at which a fetus can survive outside the womb.

That point, known as fetal viability, was around 28 weeks when Roe was decided. Because of improvements in medicine, most experts now estimate fetal viability to be about 23 or 24 weeks.

The case is sometimes colloquially referred to simply as “Roe,” the plaintiff’s listed name. It was actually a pseudonym for Norma McCorvey, who was 22 and pregnant when she became an abortion rights advocate. She later joined the anti-abortion movement, and revealed in a documentary months before her death that she had been paid to do so.

The name “Wade” refers to the defendant Henry Wade, who was the Dallas County district attorney at the time.

Roe is a popular decision — polls have consistently shown that a majority of Americans do not want the Supreme Court to overturn it.

What is the Mississippi case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization?
The Mississippi case is centered on a state law that banned most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy and was intended to be a direct challenge to Roe. It was enacted in 2018 by a Republican-dominated state legislature.

Mississippi’s last remaining abortion clinic, the Jackson Women’s Health Organization, sued over the law, which barred abortions about two months earlier than Roe and later decisions allowed.

Because of an immediate legal challenge, the law did not go into effect. If it had, health care providers who violated it could have had their medical licenses suspended or revoked.

The Supreme Court appeared poised to uphold the Mississippi law after it heard arguments in December, though at the time, the six-member conservative majority seemed to be divided about whether to move forward with overruling Roe entirely.

New rules on the validity of EU Digital COVID Certificate and the coordination of safe travel in the EU

https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/coronavirus-response/safe-covid-19-vaccines-europeans/eu-digital-covid-certificate_en

As of 1 February 2022, there are new rules in place that establish a binding acceptance period of 9 months for vaccination certificates, used for travel within the EU .

Member States must accept vaccination certificates for a period of 9 months following the administration of the last dose of the primary vaccination. For the Johnson&Johnson vaccine this means 270 days from the first and only shot. For a two-dose vaccine it means 270 days from the second shot, or, in line with the vaccination strategy of the Member State of vaccination, the first and only shot after having recovered from the virus.

Member States should not provide for a different acceptance period for the purposes of travel within the European Union. The standard acceptance period does not apply to certificates for booster doses.

These rules apply only to the vaccination certificates used for the purpose of travel in the EU. Member States may apply different rules when using the EU Digital COVID Certificate in a domestic context, but are invited to align with the acceptance period set at EU level.

A person who has a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate should in principle not be subject to additional restrictions, such as tests or quarantine, regardless of their place of departure in the EU.

Persons without an EU Digital COVID Certificate should be allowed to travel based on a test carried out prior to or after arrival. In addition, they might be required to undergo quarantine/self-isolation when they arrive from particularly affected (dark red) areas.

Any measures restricting free movement must be non-discriminatory and proportionate. Member States should, in principle, not refuse entry to persons travelling from other Member States.

What is the EU Digital COVID Certificate?
An EU Digital COVID Certificate is a digital proof that a person has either

Elon Musk strikes deal to buy Twitter for $44bn

https://www.bbc.com/news/business-61222470
The board of Twitter has agreed to a $44bn (£34.5bn) takeover offer from the billionaire Elon Musk.

Mr Musk, who made the shock bid less than two weeks ago, said Twitter had "tremendous potential" that he would unlock.

He also called for a series of changes from relaxing its content restrictions to eradicating fake accounts.

The firm initially rebuffed Mr Musk's bid, but it will now ask shareholders to vote to approve the deal.

Mr Musk is the world's richest person, according to Forbes magazine, with an estimated net worth of $273.6bn mostly due to his shareholding in electric vehicle maker Tesla which he runs. He also leads the aerospace firm SpaceX.

"Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated," Mr Musk said in a statement announcing the deal.
"I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans," he added.
"Twitter has tremendous potential - I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it."
The move comes as Twitter faces growing pressure from politicians and regulators over the content that appears on its platform. It has drawn critics from left and right over its efforts to mediate misinformation on the platform.
In one of its most high-profile moves, last year it banned former US President Donald Trump, perhaps its most powerful user, citing the risk of "incitement of violence".
At the time Mr Musk observed: "A lot of people are going to be super unhappy with West Coast high tech as the de facto arbiter of free speech."
News of the takeover has been cheered by the right in the US, although Mr Trump on Monday told Fox News he had no plans to re-join the platform.

The man who sent his sports car into space
The White House declined to comment on the takeover but spokesperson Jen Psaki told reporters: "No matter who owns or runs Twitter, the president has long been concerned about the power of large social media platforms."
On Twitter, MP Julian Knight, chairman of the UK's Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee, called the deal an "extraordinary development in the world of social media".

"It will be interesting to see how a privately owned Twitter (run by a man who is an absolutist over free speech) will react to global moves to regulate."

BBC environment analyst Roger Harrabin says scientists are nervous about the potential impact of the takeover on the climate debate.

Food shortages have been exacerbated by a string of fires, plane crashes and explosions at nearly two dozen food processing facilities across Canada and the US.

The most recent happened on Thursday in Georgia when a small plane crashed shortly after takeoff into a General Mills plant just east of Atlanta. Two occupants of the plane were killed in the crash, as reported by the New York Post.

A massive fire on Monday night destroyed parts of the Azure Standard Headquarters in Oregon, a company that self-describes as “the USA’s largest independent food distributor.”

The company said, “basically any liquid product,” such as honey, oil, and vinegar, will be out of stock due to the fire, as reported by Vision Times.

The company also said it lost its fruit packing and carob product facility in the blaze, but said the effects will be minimal as fruit harvesting season hasn’t started yet.

Last Thursday, firefighters contended with a massive blaze at Taylor Farms packaged salad plant in Salinas, Calif. — a key agricultural region 177 km south of San Francisco. The fire broke out late Wednesday night, as reported by KTLA.

That same day, an airplane crashed into Idaho’s Gem State Processing facility — a plant said to process 18,000 acres worth of potatoes each year. The pilot of the plane did not survive, however, no employees were injured, reported Vision Times.

On April 13, firefighters from several departments in Maine helped battle a massive fire that destroyed East Conway Beef & Pork butcher shop and meat market in Center Conway, N.H.

Investigators did not indicate what caused the fire, reported ABC affiliate WMTW in Portland, Maine.

In March, KAIT TV reported a major fire that forced the closure of the Nestle plant in Jonesboro, Ark. The plant makes frozen foods, particularly Hot Pockets.

The frozen foods plant announced its plans for a $100 million expansion last year.

WASHINGTON/CHICAGO, April 18 (Reuters) - The Biden administration will no longer enforce a U.S. mask mandate on public transportation, after a federal judge in Florida on Monday ruled that the 14-month-old directive was unlawful, overturning a key White House effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Soon after the announcement, all major carriers including American Airlines (AAL.O), United Airlines (UAL.O) and Delta Air Lines (DAL.N), as well as national train line Amtrak relaxed the restrictions effective immediately. read more

Last week, U.S. health officials had extended the mandate to May 3 requiring travelers to wear masks on airplanes, trains, and in taxis, ride-share vehicles or transit hubs, saying they needed time to assess the impact of a recent rise in COVID-19 cases caused by the airborne coronavirus. read more

Industry groups and Republican lawmakers balked and wanted the administration to end the 14-month-old mask mandate permanently.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, an appointee of President Donald Trump, came in a lawsuit filed last year in Tampa, Florida, by a group called the Health Freedom Defense Fund. It follows a string of rulings against Biden administration directives to fight the infectious disease that has killed nearly one million Americans, including vaccine or test mandates for employers.

Judge Mizelle said the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had exceeded its authority with the mandate, had not sought public comment and did not adequately explain its decisions.

A U.S. administration official said while the agencies were assessing potential next steps, the court's decision meant CDC's public transportation masking order was no longer in effect. The administration could still opt to appeal the order or seek an emergency delay in the order's enforcement.

"Therefore, TSA will not enforce its Security Directives and Emergency Amendment requiring mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs at this time," the official said in a statement.

"CDC recommends that people continue to wear masks in indoor public transportation settings."

The Transportation Security Administration said it will rescind the new Security Directives that were scheduled to take effect on Tuesday.

The ruling comes as COVID-19 infections rise again in the United States, with 36,251 new infections reported on average each day, and 460 daily deaths, based on a seven-day average - the highest number of reported total COVID-19 deaths in the world.

The White House called the ruling "disappointing."

The CDC first issued a public health order requiring masks in interstate transportation in February 2021. The TSA issued a security directive to enforce the CDC order.

The CDC and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) declined to comment.

United Airlines, American, Delta, Southwest Airlines (LUV.N), JetBlue (JBLU.O) and Alaska Airlines (ALK.N) said ma

https://vaxxfacts.substack.com/p/vaxxed-pilots-heart-stops-in-cockpit?s=rOn April 9, 2022, American Airlines Captain Robert Snow experienced a severe post-vaccination cardiac arrest inside the cockpit of Airbus 321 carrying nearly two hundred souls..

FAA ignores long-standing CFR Regulations and Guidance… and barely avoids horrific aviation catastrophe!

DALLAS TX (4-16-22) On April 9, 2022, American Airlines Captain Robert Snow experienced a severe post-vaccination cardiac arrest inside the cockpit of Airbus 321 carrying nearly two hundred souls; the event took place at the gate six minutes after landing.

This near-miss is a direct result of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) overlooking their own safety regulations for brazenly political purposes relating to the dangerous COVID-19 vaccine mandate policies many airlines have enacted in coordination with the FAA.

The FAA has violated its own Do-Not-Fly regulation 61.53 and associated guidance by allowing pilots to operate commercial aircraft after being injected with NON-FDA-approved medical products, in the form of the COVID-19 experimental vaccine.

The FAA is a federal agency specifically tasked with safety risk management for air travel. Its mission is to "provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world."

Pilot Snow’s incident shows that the FAA has not only abdicated its mission but has weaponized COVID-19 vaccine politics to put airlines employees and passengers in grave danger.

Evidence has piled up over the past 18 months showing that commercial and private pilots have suffered death, and other major injuries like heart attacks, brain bleeds, and blindness after vaccination.

Additionally, DOD whistleblower Lt Col Theresa Long has brought forward staggering information that cases of myocarditis, pericarditis, spontaneous abortion, multi-system inflammatory disease, along with a multitude of other maladies, have increased from two million incidents prior to mandated vaccines to over twenty million in a twelve-month period.

Some, but not all, of these instances have occurred while the pilot is on the ground.

However, as in the case of Pilot Robert Snow, when these severe post-vaccination events occur mid-air (and it was only six minutes short of the pilot being at the controls before he collapsed), it puts the pilots, crew, and passengers in mortal peril.

Other incidents include Pilot Cody Flint, who suffered a blackout while flying and has no recollection of landing his aircraft, and has openly discussed the loss of his health and career post-vaccination.

Will Smith resigned Friday from the motion picture academy following his Oscars night slap of Chris Rock and said he would accept any further punishment the organization imposed.

Smith in a statement released Friday afternoon said he will “fully accept any and all consequences for my conduct. My actions at the 94th Academy Awards presentation were shocking, painful, and inexcusable.”

Film academy president David Rubin said Smith’s resignation was accepted. “We will continue to move forward with our disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Smith for violations of the Academy’s Standards of Conduct, in advance of our next scheduled board meeting on April 18.”

Smith loses voting privileges with his resignation. But there are other, less tangible benefits to being part of the academy, Hollywood’s most prestigious organization: It bestows industry credibility on its members. It’s invitation only, and with a once-a-year membership review.

“I betrayed the trust of the Academy. I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work,” Smith’s statement said. “I am heartbroken. I want to put the focus back on those who deserve attention for their achievements and allow the Academy to get back to the incredible work it does to support creativity and artistry in film.

“Change takes time and I am committed to doing the work to ensure that I never again allow violence to overtake reason,” Smith concluded in the statement.

The resignation came two days after the academy’s leadership board met to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Smith for violations against the group’s standards of conduct. Those proceedings could have resulted in suspension or expulsion, and it was not immediately clear what additional punishment he could face.

Had he been expelled, Smith would have joined a small group of men removed from the academy: Harvey Weinstein, Roman Polanski, Bill Cosby and the actor Carmine Caridi, who was kicked out for sharing awards screeners.

On Sunday, Smith strode from his front-row Dolby Theatre seat on to the stage and smacked Rock, who had made a joke at the expense of Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Moments later, he went on to win the best actor award for his role in “King Richard.”

Rock, who was about to present Oscar for best documentary, declined to file charges when asked by police. He has only briefly addressed the attack publicly, saying at one comedy concert in Boston this week that he was still “kind of processing what happened.”

Smith stunned Rock, the theater crowd and viewers at home when he took the stage after Rock joked: “Jada, I love you. ‘G.I. Jane 2,’ can’t wait to see it.”

Pinkett Smith, who has spoken publicly about her hair loss condition, alopecia, had a closely shaved head similar to that of Demi Moore in the original movie.

After Smith’s attack, he returned to his seat and angrily twice shouted at Rock to “get my wife’s name out your (expletive) mouth.

While the U.S. corporate media denies the presence of U.S.-funded “biolabs” in Ukraine as “QAnon conspiracy theories,” Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland testified before a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing March 8 and confirmed “Ukraine has biological research facilities.” Nuland said the U.S. is “working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces, should they approach.” (cspan.org, March 8)

Nuland’s testimony begs the question: If the research the U.S. was funding in these Ukrainian biological laboratories is innocent, why is Nuland so concerned that this research material could fall into Russian hands? Russia is a world leader in scientific research, so much that they beat U.S. Big Pharma in the development of a COVID-19 vaccine. (tinyurl.com/yc7twhu5)

The only reasonable explanation for Nuland’s concern is that Russian forces could definitively expose the bioweapons research funded by the U.S. as a direct violation of the United Nations Biological Weapons Convention, which “effectively prohibits the development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use of biological and toxin weapons.” (tinyurl.com/2p88d5dv)

Nuland had played a key role in the U.S.-backed coup in Ukraine in 2013-14, where she gained notoriety for her statement, “Fxxk the EU.”

On March 7, Russian Armed Forces revealed they had found dozens of biological laboratories in Ukraine and had obtained documents that proved researchers were weaponizing anthrax, among other pathogens. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov claimed that the only reason Kiev reportedly moved to destroy the materials was out of concern that Russian experts “will highly likely prove Ukraine and the U.S. have been in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention,” once they study the samples.

IntelBrief: The Transnational Network That Nobody is Talking About

There are possible links between the recent New Zealand mosque shooter and a Ukrainian ultra-nationalist white supremacist paramilitary organization called the Azov Battalion.
The Azov Battalion is emerging as a critical node in the transnational right-wing violent extremist (RWE) movement.
Recruits from the U.S., Norway, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Sweden, and Australia, among others, have reportedly traveled to train with the Azov Battalion.
The global nature of these groups is just one of several similarities between RWEs and Salafi-jihadists.
.

In the wake of the New Zealand mosque attacks, links have emerged between the shooter, Brenton Tarrant, and a Ukrainian ultra-nationalist, white supremacist paramilitary organization called the Azov Battalion. Tarrant’s manifesto alleges that he visited the country during his many travels abroad, and the flak jacket that Tarrant wore during the assault featured a symbol commonly used by the Azov Battalion. Tarrant’s transnational ties go beyond Ukraine, however. Tarrant claimed that he was in touch with Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian terrorist, and he took trips throughout Europe, including the Balkans, visiting sites that symbolized historical battles between Christians and Muslims. During the video of his attack he could be heard listening to a song that glorified Bosnian-Serb war criminal Radovan Karadzic, and his gun featured racial messages and names of white supremacists from around the world.

The Azov Battalion is emerging as a critical node in the transnational right-wing violent extremist (RWE) network. This group maintains its own ‘Western Outreach Office' to help recruit and attract foreign fighters that travel to train and connect with people from like-minded violent organizations from across the globe. Operatives from the outreach office travel around Europe to promote the organization and proselytize its mission of white supremacy. In July 2018, German-language fliers were distributed among the visitors at a right-wing rock festival in Thuringia, inviting them to be part of the Azov battalion: ‘join the ranks of the best' to ‘save Europe from extinction.' It has also established youth camps, sporting recreation centers, lecture halls, and far-right education programs, including some that teach children as young as 9 years old military tactics and far-right ideology. This aggressive approach to networking serves one of the Azov Battalion’s overarching objectives to transform areas under its control in Ukraine into the primary hub for transnational white supremacy.
Too often, the focus on foreign fighters has been relegated to Sunni jihadists, but in a globali

How did this happen in the first place?
This happened because people are trained to trust the experts. No verification is needed. You trust your doctor, your doctor trusts other experts, those experts trust the NIH, CDC, and FDA. When those organizations get compromised, it’s hard for anyone to believe it. They immediately focus all their efforts on defense rather than on confronting the reality that they made a mistake in trusting the authorities. Nobody likes to admit they were wrong. So they double-down.
