La fresque est composée d'un portrait de jeune femme inspiré de #Bouguereau sur la première façade et d'une fenêtre ouverte en arrière-plan. Les deux façades sont reliées par le chapeau noir qui apparaît en #anamorphose lorsqu'on se place sur le trottoir d'en face 👀

Film made by Emmanuel Zonzon 🎬 of the fresco The Raft of the Medusa 2019 painted by Pascal Boyart 🎨 in September 2019.

This mural is inspired by the famous painting of #Géricault realized in 1818.

The sinking scene has been revisited to create an allegory of the current world through various elements added or modified from the original work.
Located on the roof of a former gold foundry in Ivry-sur-Seine 📍, the work was done over a period of 7 days using different techniques (brush, dripping, fire extinguisher filled with paint). The fresco is 6 meters long and 8 meters high.

This is the 6th mural fresco by Pboy funded with the #Bitcoin donations received on the #QRcode affixed to the work.
