Today we make my mom's classic bacon & chicken fricassee! It's a more modern update of a classic French fricassee, where we use bacon dripping to cook our meat instead of butter and we give the meat a nice deep browning to maximize the flavor from that Maillard reaction!

Today I show you the easy way to make scotch eggs. We can also bread these and even deep fry them, but for me I really think simple is best and so I'll show you the CLASSIC way I love to make these!

A blog post seems like over-kill for this recipe, so as a general rule of thumb I like about 75g of sausage per 1 hard boiled egg. Bake at 500F for 15 minutes for brown bottoms, OR broil on high for 15 minutes for brown tops!
(for an Air Fryer cook @400F for 15 minutes)

This is a favorite treat I sometimes make for family & friends, it's super simple but because it's white chocolate it always seems a little fancy! If you like milk chocolate covered peanuts give this version made with white chocolate a try, that's right, it's white chocolate covered peanuts!

This dish was suggested by a South African friend of the channel a while back and I thought I'd give it a try. It was such an odd recipe I had my doubts but I really LOVED the final result! Almost a cheese cake texture but not dense, with a great fresh lemon flavor. This pairs really great with blueberries and other fruit you enjoy with lemon.

I actually prefer them done this way to traditional oil frying, they get even crispier in the air fryer and have a much cleaner taste without all the fry oil. Today we make a family favorite, these cheesy southern fried potatoes! No need to make a cheese sauce here, by using American sliced cheese the sauce gets made for us right in the pan! The key is the thickeners already in the processed cheese, if you try and use whole cheese it will still be tasty but you will wind up with a bit of a mess.

Today I'll show you my recipe for the FASTEST Stovetop spaghetti! I developed this little recipe years ago as a copy cat recipe to the Kraft spaghetti dinners I used to sometimes eat as a kid. It's hard to find those in the stores these days so I made my own version, but better!
