Exploring the intellectual fraud at the core of identity politics. Themes that still need to be emphasized and explored:
The issue of SJW necessity of [the right] identity-endorsements, and their presumption of destined vindication for their moral-superiority, which is used to bend the law towards their fudging, relativistic world-view, and abrogation of liberal-principles.

The presumption takes the form of a prediction, rather than a begged question, although the a priori commitment to identity-categorization (and generalization of people into group designation), on a metaphysical level, is unquestioningly begged, while also considered as the prime source of moral-consideration, thus the law is easily corrupted by these forms of instrumentation of both people the Constitutional rights (the vision of the totalitarian state, the moral-vision of the power wielders, bulldoze all standards of general principle).
