Older Millennials and the Xennials have moved and are still moving center-right and especially right on fiscal issues is because they are starting to become established in both their families and careers, having children and rather spend their money on their families and children, than give it to the government in the form of taxes. That is why you keep on seeing left leaning talking heads in the media complaining that Older Millennials moving away from the democratic party. Most people are not ideologues at heart, and once they realize that in the mid-thirties, the focus on what's really important.

Have you ever joked with your coworkers saying “Working Harder, or Hardly Working?” If you watched my video series on “The Ever Shrinking Job Market”, you most probably guessed what I’m about to say: Automation; plus: Computers, Endless Storage and High Bandwidth, instant communications! We may produce more in less time, but I don’t know if we really work harder than our parents or grandparents did. Technology has just made doing our jobs easier so we can produce more. This was observed throughout the industrial revolution. I just question when I hear either the left or right talk about this… There’s more to our increase in productivity than meets the eye.

I believe within the next 100 years humans will enter a post scarcity era, where everyone's basic needs and most material wants will be met without the need for manual labor to produce food, clothing, medicines, and other consumer goods. We probably won't have Star Trek Replicator technology, but we can come pretty close with robotics, AI, 3D printing beyond simple plastics, and other technologies such as Nano-Robotics. However humans will always need land, and that's something that cannot be solved on Earth, as we cannot simple expand the area of the Earth. Star Trek solves this partially with colonization of other non-inhabited planets across the Galaxy (technically mostly in the Alpha Quadrant). Today the issue of how much land you can own is controlled by how much money you have which is a pretty effective system. I am a capitalist through and through, but eventually our current system of capitalism will have to evolve to handle a post scarcity world. This video I discuss some of the problems and possible solutions and how ideas of Star Trek may help shape our social-economic policies of the future and how some other economic ideas of Star Trek are not as good as them may seem or are at least different from what's on the surface if you take the time to really think about it and pay attention to the series, specifically TNG and DS9.

Hi all, three years ago, my wife was 37 years old and I was 36. She had a DVT Blood Clot in her leg that led to a PE (Pulmonary embolism), and do to what is known as a "Communication" (basically a hole between two chambers of her heart), the clot then traveled to her brain causing a series of strokes. It's been a long journey, one that is on going for us, and I wanted to share my experiences in the hope of helping other young couples deal with similar life threatening health issues. I'm going to start a series on this topic, and will post updates to it from time to time. Also I want this to be a dialog, I could certain use continued advice as well. Please communicate with me on Facebook, Twitter, Message me, and you can also leave comments on my related videos to this topic to engage with me on this discuss. Good luck to all young couples facing serious health issues together.

With all the public and private assets already deployed in space and with the US's growing private space industry set to deploy even more assets including potentially asteroid mining operations, private space stations, and even Solar Power Beaming orbital platforms we need to protect our space assets and keep freedom of navigation in space opened to all. Who would you rather have protect near earth space? The US, Russia, or China, the only countries currently capable of potentially deploying military applications in space. My vote is the US 100 times out of 100.

My comments on Bill Maher Rooting for Recession. It’s Despicable and Anti-American. He should at least apologize to his fans (he should apologize to all Americans) much of which would be gravely impacted by a recession, while he will be fine with all this millions. How disconnected from reality can you get?

In 2002 for every one programmer in the US you could hire (outsourcing) SIX programmers in India. Today, in 2018 that ratio is more closer to 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 depending on skillset and industry.

In part 7 of my series on the Ever Shrinking Job Market, I discuss how Globalization has the exact opposite trending line from the Job Market itself. As time goes on Globalization will continue to increase. Yes, like the job market, only inversely it can have periods of dips, such as we see today with the Trump Administration with more protectionist policies, but overtime its march upwards cannot be stopped. I do however believe it will eventually Peak and level out, as Cost of Living and therefore Wages increase in developing nations, and as fast internet becomes cheaper and more available to all, the job market will simply turn into a single global pool of talent; those with the skillset will get the jobs no matter where in the world they live.

So Starbucks is going to try brainwashing their minimum wage staff to follow the Regressive Stack. I feel really bad for the workers to have to sit through this mind numbing session...
Read and watch their sad “curriculum” for their staff on May 29, 2018. A Four Hour Training Session that has come out of the Philadelphia Starbucks incident where police were called to remove two non-paying customers from one of their stores.

Also I really feel bad for the manager who got defacto fired from her jump due to having the two non-paying squatters removed by the police. She was forced to resign by Starbucks Corporate, or she was going to be fired and lose her Stocks, according to my sources... I really hope the corporation was good enough to give her outplacement services. Otherwise she should sue for wrongful termination even though she was forced to resign and technically not fired.

So I got an alert on my phone that Sargon of Akkad uploaded to his channel "The Thinkery" a video titled "White Men are Box Office Poison". Before watching I thought he was going to speech about someone in the Lame Stream Media who was lambasting "White Males" as movie goers being Box Office Poison. Instead I was treated to a video commenting on how some Lame Stream Media Author stated that "White Men Casted as Lead Roles" in movies is the Poison... So my assumption and the actual reason for the stated title "White Men are Box Office Poison" causes me to laugh throughout most of my video, because honestly I don't know which supposition is more stupid and it doesn't matter because in the end the idea that White Men are Poison is stupid...

Trump’s Strategy in Pulling out of the Korean Summit using Corporate Tactics and the Art of War. I discuss Saving Face, and how balance of strength and flexibility in compromise is all playing a large role in the political dance we are seeing playing out, and how I believe President Trump's strategy is the correct one.

Here we discuss how increase in automation whether it be robots on the factor floor to STP (Straight Through Processing) and "Process Automation Robotics" on the desktop puts an ever increasing pressure on the Job Market, by increasing efficiency and decreasing the need for people in both traditional Blue Collar but also White Collar, especially your run of the mill "non-specialized" office job.

In part 5 of the "Ever Shrinking Job Market" series, we discuss how women entering the work force en masse while absolutely fair in an equal society like we have here in the West, nearly halves the number of available jobs per the number of participants in the work force pool. There is a fallacy that women entering the work force would create jobs, and in this episode we talk about why that is the case.

Note: Of course not all women work and not all men work, but to simplify the math we will assume 50% women and 50% men.

In this series I will discuss the US job market from the 1950's to 2018, focusing on how from a trending analysis perspective, it's an ever shrinking job market over the long term and what the US needs to do to continue to create new jobs and what individuals need to expect out of the current job market and the near future.
