Absolutely terrible service. The people were rude, and insensitive. Went here after my grandma's funeral. Waiter LAUGH at my party as they walk away. Not what I expected for my first strip club. i’ve called multiple upon multiples of times, trying to connect with my loved one. Each time I am put on hold for an extended amount of time usually 30 minutes up to an hour before someone from this center decides to disconnect the call. I am out of state and the only way that I can check in on my family member is to call and get an update. My loved one has been in this facility for more than a week and I have not heard one word from them. This is very concerning and I’m scared for their well-being. I can almost guarantee that if they can’t do the simplest thing like transferring a call to my love one then more than likely my love one is being treated poorly by this facility. I have made emergency arrangements to travel to this facility with lawyer in tow as I really don’t know what to expect. For anyone who is out of state like I am, I will update this review once I see the condition of this place and how they treat the patients.

Update- Was able to visit and this place is as bad as the reviews report. Staff is rude, just sitting around watching TV while patients need help. I’m thankful that my brother’s stay was short and was able to leave, but I really feel for those who do have to stay for an extended time. It’s inhumane and just really sad. If you can help it, don’t leave your loved ones here. If you have no options, be diligent, write state and local officials, call often (even if the hang up on you). My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dirty stinky place, a friend was staying there and when I visited, I know she had a staph infection on her arm when I walked up to the desk and told the lady she rolled her eyes and said OK. It had no Band-Aid, and I mean it’s like these people just doesn’t even pay attention to the patients. I did not see anybody that was skilled. They let people walk outside in their underwear. I honestly believe that they need supervision outside especially for the people that are in wheelchairs but don’t know how to use them and can’t get up the big old hill that you have to go up to get inside. I don’t know they need to be reported.
