First fruits is the time when Yahshua/Jesus resurrected after 3 days and 3 nights in the grave. He was dead for 72 hours before he resurrected and became the first fruits from the dead. These feasts of God are understood to speak of our personal salvation story.They are memorials of what God did for us by removing us from sin.
