The significance of this article lies in the origins and purpose of PEADs - warfare, as Patel explains early in the article. So additional (or removed) PEADs might well affect our state of war. I would point out that the possibility of nuclear war has been removed. Biden doesn't have access to nuclear weapons, and no one else, having nuclear weapons, is crazy enough to initiate a nuclear war.

Patel Patriot has resumed his Devolution series of articles with Part 24. With this new article, I've renamed this channel back to "Devolution" to reflect its original purpose and Patel giving the original incentive for this channel. I'll leave the non-Devolution videos on the channel for now, as some of them I consider everyone should be aware of, especially the ones related to the Covid hoax and deadly vaccines.

For those who are interested, I did lose about 900 subscribers in the interim, since Patel's last article. Nevertheless, I don't do this to pursue subscribership. I just want to assemble significant data for people to see a path for Trump to return to the White House. So here it is for those interested.

I will say at the outset that I myself have been "Blinken" as regards Antony Blinken's corrupt morals, so yes, I did "Miss It". My attention has been on other members of Biden's cabinet. As Patel points out, there is no shortage of corruption in the Biden administration.

I don't consider this video to be oriented toward devolution, as Patel's earlier devolution articles were. The earlier articles dealt with workings that Trump had set up in his administration. This article doesn't deal with the Trump administration at all. Rather it deals with a specific corruption in the Biden administration, of which as Patel points out, there are many. Certainly, as the various Biden corruptions get dealt with, that will lead back to Trump's resumption in the White House.

This article deals specifically with Secretary of State (sic) Antony Blinken's involvement in covering up and distracting any investigation into the infamous Hunter Biden laptop. I put "sic" in there, as the entire Biden administration is fake.

It hadn't occurred to me before that AI (Artificial Intelligence) might be used for investigative reporting, yet Patel did use ChatGPT to garner information for this article. By Patel's description of the difficulty he had, it's evident that elements of ChatGPT did not want Patel to get the information he was after. Yet, Patel's persistence with ChatGPT did reveal what Patel was looking for regarding Antony Blinken.

The fifth step of the global walkout is to display your country’s flag upside-down anywhere you can. We’ve come up with a very cheap and easy way to do this so EVERYONE can participate.

We’ve been inspired in the Netherlands by seeing hundreds of upside-down flags along the highways. It’s very impactful because the public cannot help but notice and wonder why they are there.

The second step of the global walkout is to locate and support family-run grocery stores and markets as much as possible. Try to purchase locally grown products to support the farming and market communities in your area. If you live in the city, research what fresh produce is grown in your region.

As customers, it is critical that you support your farmers, the farming community and local farmer markets, by spending your money on products that will help boost your local economy. By choosing fresh produce that is either farmed locally, or at least in your country or region, you will be helping to keep your farmers in business, which will help your local communities and small businesses continue to thrive.

Some of you reading this might be thinking…where do I start with this? I don’t know what is locally grown or even where the family-run grocery stores are.

Everyone’s lifestyle and situation is different. All we ask is that you do your best with the options you have.

Here’s some tips;

If you have time, research what is grown in your region.
Source out your local family-run grocery or fruit and vegitable shops. Ask them which products are locally sourced and buy those products.
Find out when the next market is in your area, and how often they are. Try to go as much as you can and buy enough fresh produce to last until the next market day.
If you start conversation with the store owners or staff, tell them why you’re there and why you’re making the effort to shop there. It’s a great conversation starter and they’ll appreciate it.

Magnitsky Act Explanation:
The Global Magnitsky Act of 2016 authorizes the U.S. government to sanction foreign government officials worldwide who are deemed to be human rights offenders, freeze their assets, and ban them from entering the U.S. The act was named after Russian tax lawyer Sergei Magnitsky, who died in a Moscow prison in 2009, after investigating a $230 million fraud involving Russian tax officials.

The Global Magnitsky Act, passed by Congress, 23 Dec 2016, was due to expire six years later on 23 Dec 2022. That expiration has now been repealed and the Global Magnitsky Act will remain in effect.

The sunset of the Global Magnitsky Act was canceled on 8 April 2022, as Joe Biden signed into law “H.R.7108 - Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act”. This resolution contains a seemingly insignificant clause, which repeals the section of the Global Magnitsky Act, passed 23 Dec 2016, which had expressed the Global Magnitsky Act would expire in six years on 23 Dec 2022.

As Patel Patriot suggests: "Does anybody still believe the premise that Joe Biden is in control?" If the Biden administration were in control, it would not have allowed the Global Magnitsky Act to continue in force.

It seems Patel Patriot and SLAG haven't posted anything for a couple of months regarding devolution. Perhaps they feel they've said everything they had to say. I don't follow Patel, except for his Devolution series. He may have said some additional things in his podcast, but I don't follow him there.

Nevertheless, I came across this item from "We The People NEWS", which reads articles by Judy Byington. This excerpt is of particular interest, as it falls right in line with what Patel was explaining for a year with his articles.

The text is all there in the video, for those that want to read it. However it's pretty small, so one may have to expand the video to full screen to read it. I don't have a text source, other than the video itself.

This excerpt explains what needs to happen for "THE HAMMER TO DROP". It explains that the White Hats are avoiding 1) civil war, 2) more serious war over Ukraine, and 3) war over Taiwan, as such wars are not what we want, despite Biden administration's every effort to get such wars started.

The excerpt also explains that in the United States, all executive branch agencies of government must fall in line for COG (Continuity of Government) to occur.

It has become real to me of the difficulties the US military is having in getting things to align for "The Hammer to Drop". I have read about specific military generals, controlling troops within the United States, specific generals that support the Biden regime. While the White Hat military is doing its best to avoid civil war in the US, it must contend with these generals.

I have no idea who James Webb is. I cut this video out of a much longer video that's over an hour long. I looked for an original source for this video, but could not find one.

Perhaps this video and the previous one seem outside the scope of devolution to many. But I believe what we're looking for is the restoration of the Trump administration. James Webb in this video gives a short explanation of a methodical means by which that might come about.

We can help this along by promoting the "2000 Mules" documentary. James explains that video will be used as a test for SCOTUS to judge when to conduct its investigation of the 2020 election fraud.

Personally, I'm taking this news with a grain of salt. I know nothing of Dr Kia Pruit, except that per this video she deals in precious metals. She states in a YouTube comment that she holds a PhD, implying she is not a medical doctor.

I post this video here so each of us can evaluate it for ourselves. Pruitt says she got this word from the military, but I've no idea what her connections are with the military. I post the entire video here, as it's only 9 minutes. After she makes her initial statement about the SCOTUS decision, Pruit covers some other non-devolution topics after 3:20. One can stop listening at that point if one is only interested in her initial announcement.

I have heard from several other sources that we should expect some major changes for the better during the month of July, which we are now in. This event, SCOTUS overturning the 2020 election, would be the primary event, if / when it occurs.

When this announcement is demonstrated to be either truthful or false, I will remove this video shortly afterward. If false, then I don't want it to mislead anyone any further. If true, then the general public announcement of the event would make this message from Dr Pruitt insignificant, as much other data will accompany the public announcement.

Dr Pruitt makes the statement further in this video, at 4:30, that Xi Jinping, President of China, is working with President Trump and President Putin to take down the Deep State. I have a major disagreement with that statement. I have heard that suggestion from several other places.

Patel Patriot discusses the topic of whether Xi Jinping is working with Trump & Putin in Devolution Part 16 - To Xi, or Not To Xi. Patel, being his "stubborn", non-commital self without specific data, leaves the question open. For me, it's not so open.

Xi Jinping is presumably in charge in China, where organs are harvested from live humans and sold to patients needing them, where all religions are suppressed throughout the nation, where people are locked in their homes leaving many to starve for fear of Covid, where criticism of government is strictly forbidden.

I deemed it appropriate to post this video, as I was reminded of it a couple of days ago and of its significance. I read an article discussing Devolution and referred to this 2nd Declaration of Independence, as being part of Devolution.

I urge people to keep in mind this document was written by President Donald Trump. It has many startling revelations of the corruption in our government, some I'd not heard before, revelations that one would most definitely not hear from most other presidents. Reagan and / or Kennedy might have written something similar, had they the foresight and courage that Trump has had.

Some have asked for proof of Trump's signature. I would suggest this document has not been signed by Trump, as at the end of the document is a statement that it is to be submitted in "presention to Congress, the 50 State Legislatures, and the Governors of the respective States." Thus, I suspect this document awaits Trump's signature, or that of any other President, until after approval by those entities. We must keep in mind that it is the President's signature, AFTER LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL, that finalizes any legislation.

So, while I strongly believe this document is genuinely written by Trump and his administration, I strongly suspect it's not signed by Pres Trump at this point in time.

This is not to say that the document does not exist somewhere on a government website. I looked on the Federal Register & Executive Orders websites to no avail. If it's not signed, then it makes sense it's not there. But Michael Baughman got this document from somewhere. Where he got it remains a mystery to me.

Patrick states that this devolution article is now his favorite among the Devolution articles, as opposed to Devolution, Part 13 which used to be his favorite.

In this article, "Devolution Part 22, Irregular Warfare", Patel gives a brief comparison of traditional warfare versus irregular warfare. Subsequently Patel breaks down the types of irregular warfare and explains the parts of the military that deal with irregular warfare.

Patel continues by explaining how irregular warfare incorporates into Devolution. Most interestingly, Patel points out that Chris Miller is a supreme expert in irregular warfare, thus a key appointment by Trump for the sake of devolution.

It's pointed out that this is the only video on 4th Psy-Op Group's new YouTube channel. YouTube being what it is in censoring, I'm wondering how long this video will remain on YouTube. It will be very interesting to see if YouTube censors the US Army. We shall see.

SLAG, and many others apparently, has analyzed the video as a projection that the Deep State is collapsing. Coming from the US military this might make sense to those who see the close relationship between the miltary and President Trump. There is much evidence that the US military is ignoring the Biden administration as much as it can.

As with previous articles from Adam Riva of Dauntless Dialogue, there is no written article for this edition of DEVOLVED. The primary source for the video is on Rumble at Dauntless Dialogue channel. I could not access this video using Firefox, as I kept getting error messages. So I used Brave browser to gain access to the video. Adam Riva gives a history of Trump's statements & actions, from some years before he ran for President to date, giving a history of how Trump is dismantling the Deep State. Particular attention is given to John Ratcliffe's appointment and efforts as Director of National Intelligence (26 May 2020 - 20 Jan 2021) and of course to the fraudulent election of Joe Biden.

The video gives some details of how the military is now operating, due to Trump's orders and due to the fraudulent election of 3 November 2020.

In this release of Devolution Patel discusses the nature of grand juries and the various investigations involving President Trump. Covered extensively is the ongoing Durham investigation and the suggestion it may lead to dissolution of the Deep State.

In recording this video, Patrick Gunnels does not show the text of the article as he reads it. In addition there are several fits and starts in the video. So one might want to read the article along as Patrick narrates. I am now editing Patrick's videos to remove portions before & after his actual reading of Devolution. Many people here have indicated a desire to see those portions removed. I also favor removing these portions in the spirit of maintaining the specific issue of Devolution on this Playlist, without diluting it with other issues. My additional purpose in removing those portions is to reduce the video file size.

In this article Patel analyzes the lawsuit that Trump filed (24 Mar 2022) against Hillary Clinton and others. In reviewing this lawsuit, it's clear this lawsuit is a critical vehicle to bring about the culmination of the devolution for the Trump administration. Patel dwells heavily on how the lawsuit deals with the Clinton "Transnational Criminal Organization" (TCO), as defined by the FBI:

In this Devolution article Patel Patriot explains the alliance between President Donald Trump and President Vladimir Putin, in that they are both working to take down the Deep State.

Patel explains they both oppose globalism and the Russian alliance with China is false. Patel also points out that Putin stated that US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, interfered in his election in 2012, though he won the election anyway. Hmm, where have we heard this entanglement before?

Regarding Ukraine, from this Devolution article:
