Chris Spooner officially hands over the mini moke he restored to Portmeirion at the Six of One: The Prisoner Appreciation Society's annual convention PortmeiriCon 2023.
The mini moke found in Castle Yard lockup, previously owned by the Winch family, and used in the filming of By Public Demand, has been purchased by Portmeirion and restored by Chris Spooner. Portmeirion Trust MD and Clough Williams Ellis' grandson Robin Llewellyn and Events Manager Meurig Jones where on hand to recieve the moke on behalf of Portmeirion.
