I connected the Scope directly to the VGA plug. Connecting:
Red = Y
Green = X
However: Blue = Z, was useless because VGA only supplies 0.7v, when my Scope needed 5v. So I "Softwared" my way around the problem.
P.S: Adding a transistor would have defeated the purpose of connecting it directly :)
On my other video, I displayed numbers with the sound card. But there is too much detail here for a sound card. So I used the RGB output in 640x480 resolution.
I recorded the game ending....
Converted it to ~5000 jpegs.... Batch processed them to resize to 256x256, highlight outlines and turned to 2 colour....
Converted the pictures to ~5000 raw bmp files (full of Red & Green) per frame to display in 30ms intervals....
The pictures are displayed on a scope, which is older that any home games console...

possible Volume Warning, later in the video...
I tried out the Youscope & Mushroom demo's (but my sound card is not great) & my own Number counting test.
EDIT: Here is the little program I made:

I used an old laptop (so I had to fast forward it), and used the OpenNI framework (because the libfreenect and MS SDK did not work for me). Luckily, all I had to buy was a 5v regulator and a cable.

Here was a funny attempt to repair a hard drive. I know it was going to fail, but I thought I'll give it a go anyway.
With the spindle, there was about 50 degrees which was was a little gritty when I was turning it. Perhaps if I attached my drill to the motor and added toooo much oil. It might of helped a bit more?
P.S. Dont try this unless your hard disk is useless. I think firmly tapping the top of the HD or giving it a rotational-jerk in the right direction might help. If that fails... try put it in the freezer for a few hours. Its helped me with past problems.
