This is CCTV footage that CNN aired. They claim Russian forces shot a civilian guard and his boss . A lot of things don't add up in the footage. This is just one of them.
CNN showed "Russian forces" doing recon after they had already made contact and shot the civilians which doesn't make sense. The footage is from later in the day. Maybe not even the same day as you will see in the video based on the shadows.
