My friend Jonathan and myself, aviation enthusiasts, used an Airband Scanner and listened to transmissions between an inbound aircraft into London Heathrow.

And no, I don't believe in "chemtrails"😂

A little lesson I learned whilst in England.

Bedeutungswandel ist neben Wortbildung und Entlehnung eines der drei Hauptverfahren des Bezeichnungswandels, des Gegenstands der Historischen Onomasiologie. Der Bedeutungswandel kann bis zur Bedeutungsumkehr gehen.
Einige Beispiele:
Das Wort ‚Tier‘ wurde nur für wilde Tiere verwendet, aber Heutzutage steht das Wort „Tier“ für jedes Tier
Ein anderes Wort
Das Wort „Dierne“ bedeutete früher „Dienstmädchen“, Aber jetzt, „Dirne“ bedeutet „Prostituierte“
Noch ein Wort
„Wîp“ bedeutete früher „Frau“, aber jetzt ist es nur ein Wort, um eine junge Frau zu beschreiben.
Kurz gesagt, dies sind die prominentesten Beispiele für dieses Phänomen auf Deutsch.
