Attempted to enter the Wholefoods Market in Louisville, Kentucky and ran into some complications. In this video, I planned on going in and out. I just needed to grab a few items to cook. I've been entering this business unimpeded since March wearing a face mask the same way every time; just under my nose. Today , it didn't go so well.
This is my first video recording using a Cammpro body cam. It is also my first time editing a video to show to the world. I am not a very social person in regards to sharing my private life but this incident sparked a flame in me. I've seen plenty of others who reject tyranny posting their encounters so I figured I would join the cause. Based upon my research, a private business policy does not supersede Constitutionally protected rights and activities when said business is open to the public. See Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title 2, Section 201(a),(b)(1)(2)(3)(4), Section 202, 203.If anyone has some insight on what I could've done differently, what i may be missing legally that allows me to surrender to corporate policy please share.

*** UPDATE 12/25/2020*** After seeking legal opinion on this issue, it looks like a private business can enforce its policies on customers regardless of civil rights. I'm green around the ears on this topic but overall, this was a learning experience for me & I am humble enough to admit when I'm in the wrong. :)
