Here is a video, among a series of others yet to be made, that I catalogue as a Reality Log because it is about experiences that I had in this 3D reality, as opposed to out of body and lucid dream states.
So, in this video I go over a synchronicity that happened to me late in October of 2022. I kept getting messages about "the final countdown," which I'm still trying to wrap my head around.
I also share a theory I have on how one way my original source consciousness attempts to communicate with me.

In this video I share my experience on how I used a technique
that enabled me to travel to the specific location of a person in real time
in the fourth dimension during my out of body experience. To accomplish this, I was essentially transformed into pure light. Finally, I give a few possible theories about the source of the disembodied voice I had heard during the experience.

to help me get out of my body and even attempt to heal me at times. They are ECL-2, the helpers. To this day, I still don't know who these helpers are because they never reveal themselves to me, or perhaps my third eye blockage prevents me from seeing them.

In this video I detail the nature of black goo (ECL-1) and my experiences with it. In addition, I include a few historical accounts and news cases about it. Then I go over the behavioral characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of it, as well as Robert Monroe's parallel experiences with it, although Robert didn't actually classify it as black goo. Finally, I impart what the layman can do to protect himself from the effects of black goo if he lacks the ability to become lucid in dreams or cannot have out of body experiences.
