Sean Vanaman of Campo Games is mad at pewdiepie for saying a naughty word and now Sean is asking for all of his friends to join him in taking down pewdiepie's channel and or content. Sean Vanaman has a very delusional and wrong interpretation of fair use. Recently Ethan and Hila from h3h3 won a lawsuit in which a judge ruled that commentary over copyrighted work is well within fair use. Not only is pewdiepie providing commentary but game play itself is transformative as no two gaming experiences are identical and change is inherent in user's input.
I feel like there should be a combination of EFF's DMCA exemption along with h3h3's fair use win
