A friend, who hasn't seen this since I got it running, stopped by and decided to shoot a short video to show some of his other friends.
New cooling fan arrived yesterday (and was installed), now once I have the lights wired I can take longer trips with it.

Took my oldest grandson, and my youngest granddaughter for a short ride. My grandson took the video on the ride, , you will see his left hand in quite a bit of the video. there was no video taken with my granddaughter riding (it was the same route). I was given strict instructions not to leave 2nd gear.....I did take the wife for a ride earlier, I got it out on the road and opened it up little bit, she thought 50 mph was too fast. I was really surprised how good it went down the road at that speed, especially with those tires.
The ride video is on my cousins property, it's right next to mine. My cousin hand built the cabin that is in the video, including cutting the trees and prepping them.

still work to be done on it, but I couldn't resist the urge to take it for a spin.

an old golf kart I purchased (cheap), I will be converting it to gas once. This is my next project, most likely this winter, after the Hammerhead is finished.

Landon, my oldest grandson, driving the go kart for the first time. I loosened the throttle cable so he couldn't go too fast, which was a mistake, he could barely reach the pedal so he had to put it all of the way down to get it to move. I don't think he could have held it wide open if I wouldn't have loosened the cable, which would have made it easier on him.
