The winner is debatable. Although the vehicle beheaded the hydrant, the hydrant managed to disable the auto as it lodged itself under the engine.

#Topanga Division 21 #LAPD respond to an attempted 459, burglary On Variel Ave near Victory Blvd.

The proprietor stated that he's been broken into several times recently. He's also recovered some of his property in the possession of others right out front of his warehouse.

Three suspects were detained. One was released and the other 2 were arrested upon discovering that they had outstanding warrant(s).

Apparently during a carjacking the suspect shot and killed the driver. The car was found later in a nearby street.

LAPD Devonshire Division was called for a possible 459 (Possible Burglary) on Oxnard St. The suspect was stopped on Califa and Lockhurst.

The suspect was detained and IDd. A type of FST was given (Field Sobriety Test).

He was released and ordered out with a stern warning.

A car meet-up or car show started to gather at #Fallbrook Center in West Hills, CA. Fallbrook security asked them to leave. They moved to the #Platt Village Shopping Center. #LAPD units patrolled the lot but no police action was observed.

Car enthusiasts. These youths ranged from extremely nice and cordial to less-than-nice (not shown in this video)

Tuner Cars, Muscle Cars, Classic Cars, and specialized cars were seen including a Pink Subaru STI

Some Car Clubs were represented including "Street Queens" and "Royal Society."

Some people came from #Simi and #Oxnard as well.

Extremely loud engine noises and #anti-lag explosions were heard.

I didn't observe any street racing or donuts.
