HEADPHONE WARNING

PC Issues. If anybody can help, id be grateful. This noise has been coming from my pc during gameplay or other problems for a few months now, it is believed it is a loose fan or faulty bearing, but we cant pinpoint exactly what or where.

Its loud, has become very intrusive and persists, increasing or decreasing in intensity seemingly at random. Some games like Stellaris dont trigger it, whereas other games like Space Engineers or Night Of The Dead do trigger it, and can persist for up to twenty minutes after the game has been closed.

ANY help in this matter would be appreciated. :)
