I am Vital, an established full time artist living and working in the west of Scotland. I have paintings in collections world wide.
Having grown up in Dumbarton on the banks of the river Leven, I was surrounded by both the beauty and elegance of the Scottish highlands just to the north and the harsh industrial landscape of Glasgow to the south. Being in this environment gives you a great perspective of what constitutes beauty. Be it the soaring mountains with dramatic skies and small fishing villages of the highlands.
