New Millennium Concepts, the manufacturer behind Berkey water filters, has taken legal action against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), claiming that the federal agency’s classification of its products as “pesticides” is erroneous.
The dispute arises from a stop-sales order issued by the EPA to multiple Berkey vendors and distributors in May, causing significant financial losses for the Texas-based company, which has been in operation since 1998.
In a 49-page complaint, Berkey asserts that it has operated in the United States for 25 years without any prior regulation or incidents involving the EPA. The lawsuit contends that in 2022, the EPA compelled the company to register its mechanical filter as a “pesticide device” and subsequently labeled it as a “pesticide,” all without adhering to Administrative Procedures Act (APA) guidelines.

Nikki_Loves: Forest Fire is the name used before the term "Wild" was implemented. Paradise CA (where I lived until Jan. 2021') had these exact markings! Unfortunately people don't listen to evidence of directed weapons, when the area is surrounded by a natural forest. Exact markings like... Melted aluminum, homes turned to dust while trees left standing, people incinerated in their cars, grid lock trying to escape, no entrance to area for over 30 days after, number of dead doesn't match eyewitness accounts, no clear direction of fire movement.
One exception to Paradise is the forest of trees. From overhead, there was a straight lined burn pattern through the canopy of trees, separate from the town, located on a hillside.
Videos show spray painted x's on some vehicles in Lahaina. In Paradise the crews who first entered were reserve firemen. Their job was to search properties and spray paint an X on the trunk of a tree closest to the road, depending on human remains found on property or not.
I have NO words for my emotions, knowing they are still able to plan these mass murders of entire towns. Watching the lies become more obvious as though they really don't care if we know the truth.
It will get to a point of them having zero regard to even lie to us. What can we do? We need a mass non-compliance & a mass government takeover... BY THE PEOPLE!
