"Dr. Webb did a procedure for me that fixed my eyelids. I have hooded eyes and they were hanging on my eyelids. My eyes would twitch and would give me a headache and so he actually took care of that. He fixed them for me and I've been very pleased and I put my eye makeup on and I'd open my eyes and I'd have a big black line up here. I don't have that anymore, so I'm very happy. Hey Guys, My name is Dr Shayne Webb and we're here today with a patient and her husband. They have been good enough to come in and let us film some things. We just wanted to try and get it across that not everybody has to be overweight to have these surgeries. Bethany is a prime example in that she is coming in for a mommy makeover and she's done all the right things.

She still has some areas that she wants addressed. We've already marked the patient and talked to her fiance. We got in front of the mirror and discussed all of the areas that we are going to do liposuction and everywhere where we are actually going to do incisions. What i would like to do now is show you some of the marking and kind of explain exactly what we are going to do tomorrow. So, we've already done the markings and I just wanted to reiterate the point that you can see the patient is not overweight by any means whatsoever. The problem is that someone who has had children, in this area right here, that's some place that is beyond the point of no return. She has lost the weight but what she actually found was when you lost the weight that it didn't really get better, but it actually started to look worse.

So she came back to me and now we are at the point where we have some skin elasticity here, in both the upper abdomen and the lower abdomen and we also, if you turn to the side, you can kind of see that there is a little bit of a pooch. People call it the pooch but really what it is, is elasticity of the abdominal muscles. And those abdominal muscles, once they get stretched out by the kids, there is no way to really do anything with this besides tighten it up. So basically what we are going to be doing tomorrow is lifting up all this tissue. We are going to be taking out everything from basically here to here, and we are going to be pulling the muscle back together in the mid-line here.

That is going to make her belly completely flat. We are going to try and make this point touch this point. We are going to be doing just a little bit of liposuction on her flanks and a little bit of liposuction on her backside here. If you turn around just to the side there, what we are going to do here is just take out a little bit of fat. She doesn't have much but we're going to take out a little bit just to give her a little better shape in her buttocks region.

[Patient]: "I'm having surgery tomorrow with Dr. Webb. He is going to do a tummy tuck because I've had 3 children and the skin is just not going back where it needs to be.
