Yes...in this video you can hear the EPD cop tell the courthouse staff that she can have unmasked people arrested if they just say the word.

1st Failed Trial "Judge" Zemper refused my challenge of jurisdiction, COERCED a mask on me (a felony) and then FORCED a 4th court appointed attorney on me against my 6th Amendment Right TO NOT have counsel.

At the first failed "trespass-2" bogus trial against the beneficiary of the Cestui que Trust of MSS, there are a dozen people in the courthouse lobby without masks on. Because a courthouse rule is NOT LAW. Your rights don't go away because you step into a private or public place. I've learned a lot since this day in Nov.

The clerk under "Judge" Zemper is working w/ other staff and EPD cop to paper over the door windows. Doors are locked. PUBLIC not allowed in to witness the tribunal of Melinda-S.: Stone, beneficiary who is also not allowed in the courtroom.

In this short segment I explain that when I shop mask-free I do not engage with other customers. My business is getting my shopping done. So any claim that I was disrupting business never happened.

I am not part of this shopping group. This store loss prevention guy steps into the personal space of the two men w/ video cameras and claims THEY are putting the camera 1 inch from his face. He hits the guy's camera and tries to take the other man's camera. The only disturbance that day came from this bully.

this store loss prevention person does not tell me his full name & DPSST # and then handcuffs me without cause (I had not acted out or stolen or fled) and clamps the bracelet so hard it is breaking my wrist. Notice no one in the store is stopping their activities. No disruption of business here. The only victim is ME who was physically and emotionally harmed. Yet, I was arrested and prosecuted for Trespass 2 in Eugene, Oregon (three trials to complete their penal bond commercial court process!!!)

this is how you deny the defendant and the public their 6th Amendment right to a public trial. Secrecy is Tribunal behavior.

4 13 22 EMC Zemper refused to answer the challenge of jurisdiction but that didn't stop Zemper from having the cops remove me to another courtroom to have me watch the trial without me in it. CRIMINALS!!!

Gerald Fleming is clearly harassing me from exercising my right to walk to the counter in the Eugene Municipal Court. There was no issue walking into the courthouse on 1/20 and 1/24 without a mask on. Now....there seems to be a problem. SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT!

Notice how Andrew Simer video records the entire handcuffing process which is assault by Stephen Lewis, but in the second FAILED trial, the city persecutor uses MY video and not w/ the audio on to show the 6 member jury and use Lewis's lying testimony to fill in the missing visual happenings. In the testimony Lewis says the cuffs were only on me 30 seconds...I counted 45 seconds and what isn't in this clip (of a longer video) is Lewis threatening to put the cuffs back on two more times! Animal! MOC and Eugene are criminals. Justice is going to taste so sweet!

In the trial Stephen Lewis explains how he uses handcuffs on people who are violent and/or stealing products. I'm in neither category...but he wants to inflict harm and does so.

In case people are wondering....this is unacceptable behavior by the deputies. Until and unless disability laws are suspended (and all other laws protecting one's right to be themselves) then there is no rule or mandate that can violate established laws. People who carry guns and are paid by the public either need to know the law or find a non-public service job.

Trying to speak w/ the Administrator- Erin Zemper- after waiting 30 min. with no one coming to speak w/ me, I called the ZOOM hearing and was prevented from seeing/hearing what was going on. Meanwhile the cops .....enough to arrest each law abiding man/woman in the group. There was NO harassment by me to anyone. No disorderly conduct! If anything the cops are disorderly and harassing human beings. Arrested by EPD and thrown over to the State of Oregon.....hmmmm how does that work?

With less than 24 hrs notice of a special zoom hearing at Eugene Muni Court we showed up due to Erin Zemper having the clerk of the court CUT my microphone at the 11/24 Zoom hearing. I showed up today to ensure I wouldn't be silenced again.

Apparently the cop felt the need to come to my car and tell me I have to wait there and not try to go in before they are ready for me. Gee....did it look like I needed to be told this by a cop?

there IS NO LAW making anyone wear a mask! "Just doing my job" is the language of fascists. We need to stop this bs.

An empty courthouse....apparently, the city is so afraid of an unmasked person that has been falsely arrested for not wearing a mask in a grocery store that they bring in half of the police force, create a TSA style welcoming program and ensure that no one enters while this fraud trespass 2 case drags out (since 2/18/21). Fraud, Coercion, Menace and Extortion at Eugene Municipal Court!!!

part 3...turns out the abuser was the manager....a store employee had to step in before the manager physically harmed me. the emotional damage was already done. Add Harassment to the Bias crime. Now if only the police would "allow" me to make a police report.
