A woman next door saw him on the front porch and called the police. They entered the house with guns drawn and without a warrant.

WHITE SUPREMACISTS RANK AS TOP TERRORIST THREAT
“Racially motivated violent extremism,” mostly from white supremacists, has made up a majority of domestic terrorism threats, Mr. Wray told the House Homeland Security Committee.
Mr. Wray condemned all acts of bloodshed but refrained from overemphasizing violence caused by far-left groups like Antifa, the loose movement that purports to be against fascism, which Mr. Trump and Attorney General William P. Barr have repeatedly blamed for unrest in American cities.
He said the F.B.I. averaged roughly 1,000 domestic terrorism investigations annually and had recorded about 120 arrests on domestic terrorism suspicions this year. But he made it clear that white supremacist and anti-government groups were the primary threats.
In particular, neo-Nazi groups such as Atomwaffen Division and the Base have drawn the attention of the F.B.I., which has arrested violent members of those organizations. White supremacists have carried out the most lethal attacks on American soil in recent years.
A man wearing a BLM shirt opens fire and kills 3 people in Louisville
"Nobody had ever seen this guy before," Bishop said, referring to the shooter. "It was a totally random act."
Joe Bishop, owner of Bungalow Joe’s Bar and Grill on Beulah Church Road
The men did not exchange words "at any point in time" before the shooting, according to Bishop.
"Social media is full of people saying this happened and that happened and wanted to get political with it; there was nothing political about what happened," he added.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded to the bar, located on Beulah Church Road, around 11:30 p.m. Two of the men who were shot, Toreon Jermaine Hudson, 26, and William Scott Smallwood, 48, were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. The other victim, Steven Matthew Head, 24, died from his injuries at University Hospital.
Michael E. Rhynes Jr., 33, was arrested just after midnight Saturday after police found him crawling in brush near the restaurant, according to Rhynes' arrest report. Police said Rhynes' clothing matched the clothing of the suspect caught on video and that he had a handgun loaded with several rounds that were manufactured by the same company that made the shell casings found at the scene.

Rhynes faces three counts of murder and is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Monday. His bond was set at $2 million, according to the Louisville Metro Corrections online booking log.
"Why? Why?" Bishop asked. "I mean, I could understand if there was an altercation, but why?
As far as i can tell, this wasn't a racially motivated attack. Details are scant at the moment though. They're blowing up this issue over the shirt.
America wasn’t founded on racism. It was founded by a declaration that all men are created equal. The great movements in our history weren’t rejections of our founding principles, they were demands that we live up to them.
Yeah well legally they said one thing and at the same time owned people and the constitution didnt stop them did it.
literally something Fredrick Douglas said, too
Wait a minute. You forgot about that 3/5 of a man part.
Bro you need to take a high school history class over again
Than start living up to them

militaur_ You can find 100’s of videos of “unarmed” suspects quickly arming themselves and killing or extremely injuring Officers.
You may not think shooting someone in the back is fair, or moral and any good cop who cares about themselves and their family don’t give a damn what you think, because they know what’s legal and what’s right. We don’t fight fair... Police work is not a sport. There are no 10 yard penalties. No Ref will step in and call a foul once the suspect picks up a gun or knife. This is life or death. Once the suspect chooses to resist arrest they open themselves up to the interpretation of the Officers involved. Officers have to make split second decisions and ask “Is this person going to kill me?” And act accordingly. Your time to resist is not in the streets it’s in a courthouse.
Laws are the collective morality of a society. If you do not like how the US makes laws. You do not burn the US down. You vote or you leave.
I just want to point out the suspect was punched, thrown, tased and still was able to arm himself and engage Officers.
In a perfect world these Officers would have implemented more grappling techniques and had more control of the suspect before attempting to apply cuffs.
But this isn’t a perfect world and you are only as good as your training. They did a great job staying in the fight.

All in all, historians and residents say, Oregon has never been particularly welcoming to minorities. Perhaps that’s why there have never been very many. Portland is the whitest big city in America, with a population that is 72.2 percent white and only 6.3 percent African American.
Violence is not the only obstacle faced by black people in Oregon. A 2014 report by Portland State University and the Coalition of Communities of Color, a Portland non-profit, shows black families lag far behind whites in the Portland region in employment, health outcomes, and high-school graduation rates. They also lag behind black families nationally. While annual incomes for whites nationally and in Multnomah County, where Portland is located, were around $70,000 in 2009, blacks in Multnomah County made just $34,000, compared to $41,000 for blacks nationally. Almost two-thirds of black single mothers in Multnomah County with kids under five lived in poverty in 2010, compared to half of black single mothers with kids under five nationally. And just 32 percent of African Americans in Multnomah County owned homes in 2010, compared to 60 percent of whites in the county and 45 percent of blacks nationally.https://www.whytheracecardisplayed.com
paperchaserdotcom AP — A San Francisco Bay Area police officer was charged Wednesday with voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a Black man inside a Walmart store in April.
The charge was filed Wednesday in the April 18 killing of Steven Taylor, 33, when San Leandro Police Officer Jason Fletcher, 49, responded to a call about an alleged shoplifter inside the store who was holding a baseball bat.
A 20-year veteran, Fletcher did not wait for backup & instead tried to grab the bat from Taylor, then fired his Taser & his service weapon, all in less than 40 seconds, Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley said in a news release.
“Officer Fletcher’s actions, coupled with his failure to attempt other de-escalation options rendered his use of deadly force unreasonable,” O’Malley said.
Police were called to the store by a security guard who reported a possible robbery. Fletcher, the first officer to arrive, clarified with the security guard that it was not a robbery, then he relayed that information through his police radio, prosecutors said.
“Officer Fletcher did not wait for his cover officer & immediately contacted Mr. Taylor in the shopping cart area,” they said.
Surveillance video showed Fletcher pulled out his service pistol at the same time he tried to take the bat from Taylor. Taylor pulled the bat from Fletcher’s grasp & stepped away.
Shortly after, Fletcher shot Taylor twice with his taser. As Taylor struggled to remain standing, Fletcher shot him in the chest with his service weapon just as another officer arrived in the store.
“As the Police Chief of San Leandro, I know the loss of Steven Taylor has deeply affected this community,” San Leandro Police Chief Jeff Tudor said.
Fletcher is expected to be arraigned Sept. 15. #jasonfletcher #jasonfletchercharged #jasonfletchermurderedsteventaylor #cop #policeofficer #bayarea #walmart #steventaylor #justiceforsteventaylor #murder #homicide #killercops #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #sanleandro #sanfrancisco #california #fatalshooting #shooting #gun #guns #mentalhealthmatters #triggerhappy #icantbreathe #blackman #africanamerican

daminoritynews If the jersey looks familiar, it's because LeBron James wore the "triple back" uni on his way to Game 5 of the Lakers' playoff series with the Houston Rockets last week.
The jersey retails for $150 a pop -- but minutes after they flew off of the Nike shelves, they were being offered up on resale sites like StockX and eBay for 3 times the original price!
In fact, one sold on StockX for $400 already -- several more are being offered up in the $400 to $500 range.
It seems like the type of sales blitz that went down for the special Colin Kaepernick Air Force 1 sneaks back in 2019.
Colin posted about the special Nike jersey -- saying, "Four years ago, I took a knee to protest against systemic racism and social injustice. It was that day that the number on my jersey would come to represent something greater than football, something greater than me." Colin Kaepernick is still in very high demand -- at least when it comes to his jersey.
Nike offered up a special limited edition CK7 jersey on its website early Thursday morning -- and within seconds, they were sold out!!!
The jersey -- called The Icon 2.0 -- commemorates the 4 year anniversary of Colin's kneeling demonstration in the NFL. "Since then, the number 7 jersey has become a symbol for advancing the liberation and well-being of Black & Brown communities. Thank you for staying True."
Kaepernick seems to be doing well off the field -- his Nike merch is in high demand and he's been ranked as the top free-agent QB in the Madden 2021 video game.
But, on the field, there are still issues -- he hasn't received a single offer for a tryout from an NFL club, despite saying he still wants to play. #colinkaepernick #nike #NFL Thoughts? 👇
