Abuse of Discretion

“Abuse of Discretion” is the true story of misconduct by the Commissioner in the Merced County Family Law Department to award my Domestic Violence Abuser with the very thing for which I had petitioned the court, rather than allow me to homeschool my two children, one of whom has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

I foolishly sought sanctuary in her courtroom for myself and my children from the damaging emotional abuses of my narcissistic co-parent’s juggernaut agenda of parental alienation, only to have my trust betrayed and my faith in the law undermined.

On Friday, August 13th 2021, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, illicitly stripped me of my parental rights, stole my children’s rights to education outside of the public school system, in the midst of this unprecedented global pandemic, and joined in on the abuses of the party she chose to award.

In so doing, she has put the lives of these little ones of whom I am the sworn protector in grave danger and awoken the three-fold flame of PHOENIX DRAGON FIRE, which burns with the Light of Holy Truth, Divine Love, and Universal Honor, to stand in Prosecution of her demonic acts of Darkness before the Holy Throne of Judgment.

A letter to my abusive co-parent - I've worked through a lot of the emotional scarring that I had incurred as a result of being persuaded to join the ranks of your victims so long ago. My heart abides in forgiveness, love, empathy, and compassion; these are things that you may know about but have never actually felt. Commissioner Shelly Seymour of Department 7, the Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, you stand accused of abusing the discretion of your office and using your position of power to further your own administrative agenda and to serve your own covert motivations without consideration for the amount of danger or the risk of actual death in which you have frivolously and without explanation placed the lives of my two children.

As a victim of domestic violence, I sought sanctuary in your courtroom and you chose to take advantage of the trust I had placed in you and you took this opportunity to increase, legitimize, and prolong the abuses that my children and I must now continue to suffer at your very own hand, which is upon the gavel.

The testimony presented here is the one that I was not permitted to give in the courtroom of Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of CA, on behalf of myself and my family. She informed me that I'd have to pay a lot of money to somebody else in order for her to allow any further testimony from my side, the Petitioner, the protected party, the domestic violence victim.

She then took advantage of the trust I had placed in the Court to protect the safety, health, happiness, and well-being of my two children and demanded that they be removed from the safety of our private home school and returned to the publicly administered institutions of traditional education in accordance with the wishes of the named hostile respondent and documented domestic violence abuser, dismissing my objections concerning the global pandemic, the recent announcement by the CDC that the "vaccines" are ineffective, and the very real danger of death by infection - based on the flimsy statement that it is in their best interest.

She tapped her little wooden hammer and cut the line on my Court Call. As Commissioner, it is her discretion to do so. But it is an ABUSE OF DISCRETION, and in so doing she has summoned the three-fold flame of PHOENIX DRAGON FIRE to bring to Light what she has wickedly done in the Dark.

Attention: Commissioner Shelly Seymour of Department 7, the Family Law Division, Merced County Superior Court of California

Seven days ago, you took advantage of the trust I had placed in you to protect the rights of my children, to provide the authoritative power necessary to ensure their safety, health, happiness, and well-being in the face of their mother's abusive juggernaut agenda of parental alienation, and to allow these children to finally have equal time with each parent, without any increase to their time spent in transportation, now that they had been enrolled in our private home school and were no longer shackled by the confines of the oppressive schedule employed by publicly administered institutions of traditional education. And you did not. You instead used your discretionary power to strip the children of their educational rights and to strip me of my parental rights by granting the wishes of their abusive mother, the restrained, hostile respondent who continues to thumb her nose at you because you are out of touch with the current reality.

You told yourself that the publicly administered institutions of traditional education are always in the best interest of the children, even at the cost of making yourself an accomplice to parental alienation abuse, and so you employed the discretion of your office without the need to provide any further justification and without allowing any opposing argument before quickly tapping your little wooden hammer and cutting the line to my Court Call. But, you are wrong. You are dead wrong.

Catharsis.

For all this time, I have remained silent. I have allowed the abusive, blame-shifting, scapegoat narrative to go unchallenged because it was necessary for me to process my own healing, and because I could honestly care less which lies people choose to believe because it is convenient to them. And, true to my nature, as long as I believed that it was only myself who could be negatively affected by such things, I allowed this false narrative to take the stage in people's minds. But now, you Satanic witches are threatening the lives of my children, and it is clear to me that you will not stop in your sacrificial frenzy. 7 More Days.

Seven more days have passed since you perpetrated your unforgivable abuse of discretion against my children and myself after I had foolishly sought sanctuary in your courtroom. I now know that you will not protect a victim of domestic violence but instead, you will reward the domestic violence abuser. You will legitimize their abuse, join in their abuse, increase and prolong their abuse, and believe that you are entitled to do so by virtue of the office that you hold and the job that you were hired to do.

I submit that that, however, is not the job that you were hired to do in this courtroom when you took the position seven years ago. I submit that you have acted outside of the scope of your office, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Merced County, Superior Court of California, and so are guilty of an Abuse of Discretion, which you arbitrarily perpetrated against me and my children and you shall be held responsible for the grievous miscarriage of justice that you set in motion with your little wooden hammer on Friday the 13th.

Today, we're going to pick up where we left off in our last discussion on the topic of narcissistic emotional abuse for the cathartic purpose of setting the record straight in the name of Holy Truth, Divine Love, and Universal Honor. The murderous Satanic witches that have threatened the lives of my two young children have summoned the blinding Light of the Phoenix Dragon, which now brings all dark corners alight and reveals the secret-ed hiding places where Truth has been concealed for the purpose of deceiving others for years. It is dirty and unwelcomed work for those who would wish to see their Lies stand in the place of Truth until the end of time, but the time of their Lies has ended and now it is time for the Truth to be revealed.

Twenty-one days have passed, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, since you put the lives of my children in danger for the sake of your own covert agenda. Twenty-one days since my faith in your jurisprudence was undermined and my trust in your office betrayed. Fifteen out of twenty-one days my children, whom you whimsically ripped from the safety of our own private homeschool, have been coerced to be exposed to the deadly variants caused by the vaccinations due to the forced socialization of your beloved publicly administered institutions of traditional education and the demographic therein.

And, how about you, Commissioner? How have you been doing for the last twenty-one days since you demanded that I put the lives of my children in danger? Have you continued to act as if you are completely detached from the current reality and the global pandemic which has the rest of the world paralyzed by the fear of death? Do you not wear a mask when you're in a room with other people? Do you ignore the signs at the supermarket and the designated standing places with a six-foot radius in every public building? Are you as cavalier with your own life when you are doing your business out in public as you are with the lives of children in your courtroom? Are you not forced to be scanned for your temperature by the deputies at the entrance to your courthouse like the rest of us are?

Witch's Deadly Brew.

I'm well aware of your emotional limitations as a human being. And, now that you've committed to getting jabbed for the rest of your time on Earth, you have further compromised your own humanity inasmuch as the patent on your genome is now the intellectual property of the manufacturer of your choosing. Is there any wonder they don't want you to mix vaccines? What a proprietary mess it leaves to be battled out in the future for our patent courts to determine between the different pharma corporations which one owns what percentage of your genome!

And, so it is that you are no longer considered to be 100% autonomously human and you are no longer considered to be eligible for the protection of inalienable human rights, since you have volunteered to become "trans-human". And, that is your choice. And, you made it for yourself. And, you do not have the right to make that choice for anybody else. And, the right to make the choice should never be stolen from another human. Ever. It is a crime against all of humanity to do so.

Four and a half weeks have passed, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, since you coerced me to put the lives of my children in danger, for what you told me was their best interest in contradiction to the facts of this current reality. Because of your abuse of discretion, 22 days out of 33 my little ones have been subjected to the exposure of possible infection by the military grade bio-engineered viral weapon unleashed upon humanity, or one of its deadly variants, due to an irrational forced socialization in your beloved publicly administered institutions and the demographic therein.
Have you been sleeping well? Is your pillow soft because of all that you have done to provide for the best interest of my children by keeping them alienated from the one person on Earth who actually cares about them as human beings? Are you satisfied with your arbitrary decision to coerce my children to return to your beloved publicly administered institutions of traditional, which is to say compulsory, education because you are so certain it is in their best interest, despite allowing any argument from me otherwise? Would you be interested in taking an objective look at your progress report, Commissioner, based on the actual current reality and not the one that exists only in your head?

Shedding.
I have made the conscious choice to avoid getting the jab because I am horrified of being infected with the insidious experimental Frankenstein serum that they are absurdly passing off as a vaccine for a literal litany of reasons. If you have chosen to voluntarily participate in this unprecedented medical experiment being perpetrated upon all of humanity, then it is a choice that you have made for yourself. And, regardless of your personal circumstances, nobody made you do it. If you took the jab so you could keep your job, then that is a trade-off that you weighed out for yourself, according to your own interests. If you felt like you took the jab against your better judgment, then you failed to act on behalf of your better judgment and only empowered those who had coerced you that they may now coerce others. And you do not have the right to make that choice for anybody else. And, the right to make that choice should never be taken away from another human being. Ever. It is a crime against all of humanity to do so. Once one has become infected with the deadly patented and programmed genetic nano-technology particles called “spike proteins” there is no possible way to undo the harm. It is as the shattering of a priceless vase such that it may not ever return to its former state.

While I have held my Truth in silence, the loud voice of Lies has been allowed to take the stage. And, so it has been for the past five years, and the picture that was painted by the Lies that were told about me was readily accepted as an authentic work of art, and no one cared to scratch beneath the surface of it. And my family and my friends turned their face from me so they could gawk at this incredible masterpiece. And it was a masterpiece indeed, but only a masterpiece of deception, born from a sick mind and a pathological need to cover up the artists own disfiguration.
