Relying on conventional, or even traditional recovery methods have proven wanting. They are simply not enough. The practice of sending someone away to get fixed without an enhanced environment to come back to is nothing but a primitive act of exile, a vehicle sent to the mechanic and bunch of people beaching when it wasn’t fixed right. No more. Time to come together.
The pressure for “success” can be relentless. There are areas in our life that can get lost in the pursuit of worldly achievements. Difference between blessings and riches.
The best way to get over an ex-lover is by going out and finding a new lover. It’s the same when you breakup with your drug of choice.

The harsh, harsh truth is, if they don’t want to be sober, NOTHING you say or do will convince them to change behavior. Nothing the doctors say will get them to change behavior. Nothing the talk-therapists say will change anything. The preacher, nor the boss can sway an addict to quit.
I know you’ve been waiting to give it back to them. Waiting for when they are of sound enough mind to be told about all the destruction they have done and how much suffering you have endured. You want to be able to forgive them but cannot until they know full well the extent of the harm they have caused. . .
