Lucky there was a male police officer with the SIX Female Officers or this could have gone bad.

I am not sure what happened in cut out parts of video or how male got handcuffed, but from what I saw, the cops pretty good here. IMO

This case was covered by Lehto's Law and was sent to me for review. This Case a little complex but could have serious long term implications for Law Abiding Citizens.

The ex-Washington school cop who allegedly slaughtered his ex-wife and underage girlfriend before taking the teenager’s infant on the run has been found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police said.

Oregon State Troopers found Elias Huizar’s wounded body following a police chase near Eugene around 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to the West Richland Police Department.

He was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. The 1-year-old child he kidnapped was taken into custody by the troopers.

Elias Huizar allegedly killed his ex-wife and teenage girlfriend before taking his 1-year-old son on the run.

Huizar, 39, went on the run just 24 hours earlier after allegedly shooting ex-wife Amber Rodriguez eight times outside the elementary school where she worked.

The former couple’s 9-year-old son told officers that “he observed his father, Elias Huizar, shoot his mother,” according to a probable cause statement.

While looking for the maniac, they found the body of his underage girlfriend — identified by relatives as Angelica Santos — in his home located just minutes from the school.

Her grieving family realized Angelica, 17, and Huizar’s 1-year-old lovechild, Roman Santos, was missing and assumed the ex-cop abducted the infant.

According to court filings earlier this year, Huizar met the girl while he was working as a school resource officer at Washington Middle School in Yakima.

She was 11 when they met, and 15 when he impregnated her, Rodriguez wrote in her request for a protection order against Huizar.

Huizar left the Yakima Police Department in 2021 “after receiving discipline,” the department said Tuesday without providing additional information.

TUKWILA, Wash. — Friday evening the Seattle Police Department released body camera video of the fatal officer involved shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon in a Tukwila hotel.

Officer were conduction a Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce operation at the DoubleTree hotel on Southcenter Parkway.

The suspect, a 67-year-old man came to the hotel expecting to meet up with two young girls, 7 and 11 years old.

Instead, three Seattle officers were waiting inside the hotel room. When police open the door and began identifying themselves, the suspect began taking out a gun.

Officers quickly opened fire, killing the man.

The Force Investigation Team is investigating the incident.

Hesperia, California — On September 27, 2022, an amber alert out of Fontana was issued for 15-year-old Savannah Graziano. The amber alert was issued out of concern she was taken by her father, 45-year-old Anthony Graziano. Before the amber alert was issued. Graziano killed his Wife outside of a School in Fontana. Graziano also shot at a father and child near the school. The following morning, a 911 caller reported seeing Graziano’s pickup truck and Savannah purchasing items at a gas station. Police soon located Graziano speeding on a nearby freeway, prompting the start of a chaotic chase. When deputies caught up with the vehicle, shots were fired from inside toward police. During the pursuit Graziano attempted to drive up an embankment onto main street, but he lost traction, and the vehicle moved back down the embankment in the direction of I-15. When the pickup truck came to a stop, unarmed Savannah exited from the passenger side as she was wearing tactical gear and a helmet.

The video shows she crouches on the ground for about ten seconds, and then walks toward the nearby deputy who was calling her to his position, followed by a boom that appears to be at least one deputy shooting her, though the department blurred out Savannah at this moment. The deputies were not wearing body cameras, but the department shared audio from the belt of the deputy standing closest to the girl. On the video you can hear a deputy calling her over and telling other deputies that the person who exited the truck was the passenger and for them to stop firing, but it was too late. Deputies immediately began medical aid on Savannah and she was transported to the Hospital where she died of her injuries. Anthony Graziano was pronounced dead at the scene.
