The campaign takes place 5 years after the events of Fallout New Vegas with the Courier being the one on top. He allied himself with the Brotherhood and has full control of New Vegas. Caesar and Lanius live but little is known after the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. The NCR was forced to accept a peaceful negotiation to obtain some territories in the surrounding New Vegas area.
