Admit that you are a sinner, in need of the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteous. 1 John 1:9

Believe that Jesus is Lord and died for all of our sins, was buried and that God raised Him from the dead on the third day.
“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:8-9

Call upon the name of the Lord, then you will be saved.
For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13
