Drought 2020 in New Zealand; Could Aerosol Spraying in the sky be the result of it?

I cover about the drought in New Zealand and Aerosol spraying in the sky that maybe resulting in engineering the climate and could be effect farmer if the aerosol spraying has any influence on the weather. If man have the technology to control the weather it can to be can use to do good and evil. But for my point of view I don't think man should have the power to control because the technology can get into the wrong hand and to can be used as weapon to control weather by either creating a drought or a massive flood that is a recipe for disaster; the elite can use the weather modification technology to push their agenda. That why I'm talking about the Drought in New Zealand and the aerosol spraying in the sky might result of it.
If the elite using the weather to push their agenda by driving farmer of their land; there forth I don't consent to weather modification in our skies nor should you.
