U.S. ARMY Urgently Needs a Multi-Spectral Smokescreen-Laying Aircraft: IOMAX "Archangels"

The IOMAX "Archangel" (like the Daniel Craig spy movie by the same name) is C-130 "Hercules" (1) and C-17A "Globemaster III" (3) Air-Transportable by 1-hour wing detachment. Not as fast as Grumman wing folding/unfolding in seconds--but quick enough to effect GROUND MOBILITY to avoid being D.O.T.G. ALL USMIL aircraft must be rapidly-compact-able for GROUND MOBILITY--if they can't self-deploy even by transport plane TOWING, then INSIDE transport aircraft. The ideal is "IN-A-BATTLEBOX" ISO shipping container to be air/sea/land inter-modal, mobile.

If for no other reason since other Grasshopper OALs DO NOT HAVE folding or detaching wings, the U.S. ARMY should buy at least 2x squadrons/troops worth as OAL multi-spectral, smokescreen-layers--a dire necessity on today's sensor-swept, 720 degree, Non-Linear Battlefields (NLBs):
