Part 2 of Professor Black Truth's analysis of the LA City Council scandal. There was a time when Hispanics and blacks were unified in opposing racism in the US. That fantasy has officially ended. The leaked LA City Council meeting recording reveals what Hispanics have thought of blacks for years.

It also seems to show that Hispanics do not consider themselves minorities. They identify more with white people. As such they consider themselves superior to blacks. I have personally experienced this during my travels across Mexico.
